In tonight’s call Chris talked about Smart Goals and Nice Goals. In all he was explaining the significance of having a Big Goal (i.e Big picture) and Intermediate Goals (small achievable objectives) throughout the days and weeks to help you reach that Big Picture. During the video as he explained it, I came to the understanding that a successful entrepreneur is no different from an athlete. You have to structure out your life to fit the big picture and the framework of that structure is small achievable daily and weekly goals. You have to take time to seat down and actually look at your life. See what’s important and what’s not. You have to look at where you have time, and where you absolutely have no time. From an athletes perspective you will have to sacrifice playtime to make room for your big picture by substituting that playtime with the achievable goals. If you like to party or kick it, you have to set that aside, if you have family that you just hang with, you have to postpone that. If you enjoy your alone time or time with a significant other or situation-ship you will have to sacrifice that time to achieve your achievable goal. All in all, until you are where you want to be pertaining this business here, you will have to sacrifice playtime for the Big picture.
