📚✨ Reminder: April 23 is World Book Day
Are you a reader or not?(Doesn’t matter… this is for you 👇🏻) World Book Day isn’t just about books sitting on shelves. It’s about ideas, access, creativity, and the power of words to shape lives. Here are a few things you probably didn’t know: 1️⃣ It was created to promote reading, publishing, and the protection of intellectual property through copyright 2️⃣ It was officially established by UNESCO in 1995 3️⃣ April 23 was chosen to honor literary legends like Miguel de Cervantes, William Shakespeare, and Inca Garcilaso de la Vega, who all died in 1616 4️⃣ In some countries, people celebrate by gifting a book and a rose — a symbol of knowledge and love 5️⃣ BookXcess app will be officially launched alongside exciting promotions & the Red Readerhood book donation initiative with CEFL But here’s the deeper truth… Books are more than pages. They are access to perspectives you’ve never lived. They are tools for growth, escape, and transformation. They are how ideas travel across generations. Even if you don’t consider yourself a “reader,” you’re still one decision away from a book that could change how you think, work, or live. So this is your reminder, not just to celebrate the day…but to reconnect with the power of learning. 📖 Whether it’s 1 page or 100, it counts. Stay tuned for more updates. Something exciting is coming 👀

Busy Is Not a Business Strategy — Here Is What Is
We live in a world that glorifies the hustle. The packed calendar. The back to back schedule that makes us feel important and busy and on it. But here is the uncomfortable truth most of us don't talk about ... There is a very real difference between feeling busy and actually being productive. And most of us have become world class experts at feeling incredibly busy while somehow accomplishing the creative equivalent of a leisurely stroll. So here is a simple but powerful exercise I use and invite you to try: Put down the digital calendar for a moment and go back to pen and paper. Instead of planning ahead, go back and write down what you actually did in your business today. Not what you meant to do. Not what was on the schedule. What really happened. Here is why this works so well — the pen and paper approach removes all the filters. A calendar shows you what you intended to do. A daily written account shows you what you actually did — and those two documents can look shockingly different. When you slow down and write it out honestly you will likely notice one of two things. Either you are doing more than you gave yourself credit for, which is worth acknowledging. Or you will discover that a surprising portion of your day quietly dissolved into scrolling, reacting, rearranging things that didn't need rearranging, and perfecting the art of looking productive without actually producing anything. Guilty as charged on more than one occasion. Once you can see it clearly on paper — the gaps become obvious. The income producing actions you skipped stand out. And suddenly making small powerful adjustments doesn't feel overwhelming at all. It feels completely doable. Here is a 3 step process that can help you focus on what matters most: Step 1 — At the end of each day this week, take 10 minutes and write down everything you actually did in your business. Be honest. No editing. Step 2 — Circle everything that was directly connected to generating revenue or moving your business forward. Everything else gets a hard look.

Building an online store in 2026
Building an online store in 2026 is no longer optional — it’s a smart move for anyone serious about growth. It gives you a space to showcase your products or services to a global audience while handling orders, payments, and even delivery automatically. Instead of being limited by location or working hours, your business runs 24/7, allowing you to earn even while you sleep. What makes it powerful is how easy it is to start and scale. Compared to a physical store, the costs are lower, but the reach is much bigger. You also get access to customer data, which helps you understand your audience better and market to them more effectively. As more people continue to shop online, having a digital presence builds trust and keeps you visible in a competitive market. Without it, you risk being overlooked. The real question is—what’s stopping you from building your online store today?
