Hello everyone! My name is Elizabeth Word, I go by Liz to everyone, except my parents. I am a seasoned Higher Education professional, having served in public and private colleges & universities. Fifteen years ago I began my formal teaching career as a faculty member at the community college level and it ignited my passion to serve Black and Brown students at this juncture of their educational journey.
