Double rainbows graced our skies twice this weekend. I believe Heaven is a place on Earth. It lives in our heart. In our bones. And is alive in our communities, connections, and our devotion to each other. This video doesn't capture the brightness of these double rainbows ... But I wanted to share how much I appreciate you and how much light is shining through this community and others we value. 🎶 They say in heaven love comes first. 🎶 .

Instead of asking yourself what should I write, try asking a different question: What is already here, waiting to be written? ✍️ Words cannot flow when we try to force them. These are two opposing energies. Pause for a moment. Take three breaths in and out and bring your attention to your heart. This calms your nervous system and connects you with your creative energy.
