Really, this again?!
I don't know about you, but there are lots of lessons going on right now. For me the same ones are popping up. Shame and judgement. The dynamic duo. Apparently these lessons are what I came here to overcome in various ways. Over and over again. 🤦♀️What lessons that keep popping up for you?

@Stephanie Cunningham insomnia whenever my body feels stressed - either good or bad! So every time I am inspired and on a roll with all the exciting things I want to do and bring into the world, my body decides I need to be awake at 3/4 am to think about it all regardless of when I went to bed 🤪

One of my favorite things about earth is...
Snuggling with my puppy. I know I'm not the only one, so share a Pic of you snuggling with your fluffy friend. Or non-fluffy friend. Snuggling in general with people and pets soothes the soul and calms the nervous system. ❤️ The 2nd pic is a two-fer. Puppy and kid. 🙌🏼

This isn’t me cause I’d have to go too far back in my phone photos to find one of me snuggling with her (she’s very particular about who she snuggles with and prefers our 19 year old over EVERYBODY else in the house 😂

@Stephanie Cunningham she is sweetness with an attitude!!! 😂 This is her snuggled up with me (forgot I could search for her in my photos so actually found these really quick right now!) and the first one is her wanting my yarn while I was still crocheting my blanket 🤣😝
