I've been thinking about what becomes possible when we stop expecting every dollar we earn to come directly from the work of our own hands. I LOVE the work Holy Spirit has called me to do. I love teaching, creating and helping people experience transformation. And I want MORE time to do it! More time with family. More freedom to rest. More room to pour my heart into the work God has entrusted to me. And the opportunity to build wealth that goes beyond what I can accomplish on my own. That's what has me so excited about passive income! I LOVE the idea that we can participate in the prosperity God is creating through OTHER people. Someone creates something wonderful. We recognize its value, connect it with someone who needs it and have the opportunity to earn income from that introduction. Imagine the possibilities as those connections multiply! I’ve been using Microsoft for decades. I have been having issues with them all year. Currently, I can use any Microsoft apps even though I have an annual business subscription. On their website, they have a link IG you no longer have access to the phone number on file. I’ve done it umpteen times and it still sending a code to the old phone number. I’ve created support tickets. Someone sends me an email saying that they have contacted the phone number on file and have been unsuccessful. They have my current number and no one from their company has left a voicemail or anything. Yet, the number is not updated in their system. I got fed up and created a Google Workspace account and it is refreshing. I can switch between work accounts easily I’ve learned now not stay with a platform because that’s all you know. If you have multiple businesses like I do, switch to Google workspace before. Plus, Im embarrassed to say that I never signed up for Google workspace before because I didn’t know you could setup your IMAP emails from another domain registrar. I thought you could only use a gmail email 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🏖️🤦🏽‍♀️

It’s weird how quickly you can tell when somebody made a marketing image because they liked it… versus because a template told them to. One feels like a real business. The other feels like it could belong to literally anybody 😬 That’s a huge part of why I started Defunk’d Design. I wanted somewhere people could get honest feedback on the images they were already making instead of collecting another folder full of templates they’ll never quite make their own.
