What’s your biggest win this week? Have you noticed any changes
A big one for me is I did my exercise first thing as soon as I got up before I even had my coffee! something mentally shifted , I actually wanted to do it, @Kenny Sanders this is the Motivation & Discipline Female version that I think has been helping me. The lyrics for the 528Hz Identity Shift Male track
Hi Kenny, Would it be possible to have a copy of the lyrics for the above track? I have been trying to sing the lyrics to train the subconscious with them but I am not hearing every word.

Just what I needed!
I was struggling to find motivation to exercise so I played the motivation and discipline track and wow did that get me fired up! I’m going to play it every day now , no excuses with this 😂
