🚨WHAT IF YOU KNEW WHAT TO FIX?🚨
Imagine knowing exactly where your community's biggest growth opportunity is and what to do about it. More of the right people finding you. New members actually connecting and participating. A community that grows because people want to be part of it. And when growth slows? Instead of guessing, you know where to look. That's what we'll work on together in my 𝗢𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗰 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵 𝗖𝗼𝗵𝗼𝗿𝘁. Over 4 weeks, we'll work through the Seven Pillars using your actual community, with live guidance, a 48+ page workbook and a personalised 90-day growth plan. 🌱 𝗪𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗿𝗼𝘄 — 𝟯 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟰 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸𝘀 | 𝗟𝗶𝘃𝗲 | 𝗛𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀-𝗼𝗻 | $𝟵𝟳 Here's the important bit: The cohort is hosted inside Skool Nexus, so you'll first need to join Nexus it's free and then you'll get access to the cohort. 👉 Join Skool Nexus here 👉 Then grab your place in the cohort Stop guessing what to fix. @Avinash Khatri Honestly, it came from seeing how often community owners are doing all the right things just not necessarily in the right order. They have ideas, they’re posting, trying different growth strategies, tweaking their offers… but when something isn’t working, they often don’t know what to look at first. And because community growth isn’t instant, they can change direction before they’ve really given something enough time to work. That’s what made the 90-day implementation and assessment piece important to me. The idea isn’t to give them another list of things to do. It’s to help them identify their biggest opportunity, implement one focused change, measure what happens, and then adjust based on what they learn. Because sometimes the answer isn’t “do more.” It’s “fix this one thing first.” 🙂

@Avinash Khatri Yes, and I think the cost is often bigger than people realise. When an owner keeps changing direction, the community can start to feel inconsistent. Members don't always know what to expect, what they're supposed to engage with, or even what the community is really about anymore. And the owner gets frustrated because they're constantly doing but not seeing the results they're hoping for. The biggest problem, though, is that they never really get enough data to know what is working. They change the strategy before it has had a chance to compound. That's why I see the 90 days as implement - observe - assess - adjust, rather than constantly jumping to the next idea. Growth needs consistency, but consistency doesn't mean blindly doing the same thing. It means giving something enough time to learn from it. 😊
Your "Morning Routine" Is Your Excuse To Avoid Doing Hard Things.
Your 40-step morning routine isn’t a self-care protocol. It’s an elite-level procrastination strategy. If you need three hours, five supplements, a red-light panel, and a breath work session just to feel prepared to confront your day, you don't have a routine, you have an excuse. The second real life interrupts that checklist, the whole house of cards collapses. "I couldn't execute today because I missed step 17." That isn't high performance. That’s fragility hiding behind wellness culture. Most personal development programs fail because they keep you comfortable. They preach soft discipline and mental frameworks while completely ignoring the physical vessel required to carry the load. Mindset without physical strength is just talking a big game from a fragile body. While the internet is suddenly discovering high-density execution blocks, we’ve been running them for years: zero fluff, maximum intensity in short bursts, and relentless action. No 3-hour warm-ups. Just output. I’m breaking down this exact execution architecture live this Friday at the Resilience Ledger Summit. We’re stripping away the performative noise to build real physical power and compression focus that holds up under pressure. Drop BLOCK in the comments below if you’re ready to stop warming up for your life and actually start executing. I’ll send over the details to grab your spot.

Here's a little peek inside the workbook.... 👀
🌱 A little Summit win I wanted to share...
One of the things I love most about doing something like the Summit is that you never really know where the conversation is going to lead. After my talk on 𝗢𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗰 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵, I asked community owners what they would actually want help with if we worked together on their communities. The answers were so interesting. They weren't asking for more random growth hacks. They wanted help with things like: 🌱 Finding the right people 💬 Getting members to engage ❤️ Creating a community people want to stay in 🧭 Knowing what to focus on 📣 Growing organically 💰 Building something sustainable And that gave me an idea... Actually, more than an idea. I've started building it. 🥰 I've spent the last few weeks turning the 𝗦𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗣𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗢𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗰 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵 into a practical workbook that community owners can actually work through. I'm now sitting at almost 50 pages and thinking... "Okay Lisa... this might actually be a thing!" 😂 The next step is something I've been quietly putting together: A small 4-week Founding Cohort where we won't just talk about organic growth. We'll work through the pillars and apply them to your actual community. I'm not opening it up just yet — I'm warming up the idea first and seeing who is interested. But I'm pretty excited about where this is going. 🌱 And honestly, this is my Summit win: 𝗔 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗜'𝗺 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝘄𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗸. That's pretty cool. ❤️ If you were in my Summit session, I'd love to know: What was the one thing from the talk that stayed with you? 👇
