What If the Experience of Losing Is the Part That’s Trying to Strengthen You?
It’s not really the loss itself...most of the time... 🙄It’s the experience of losing. That drop in your stomach. That quiet embarrassment. That moment when something inside you tightens and you feel suddenly smaller. That’s the part we avoid. Because losing doesn’t just challenge what we did. It challenges who we think we are. 💥When you win, your identity feels safe. When you lose, it feels exposed. And that exposure feels very uncomfortable. But what if that discomfort isn’t an attack? What if it’s an invitation? Are you afraid of losing — or are you afraid of discovering that your self-image was built only on winning? That you have been living scared of losing yourself if the result wasn't optimal... 💥Because if your worth is tied only to outcomes, then every loss feels like a verdict. And the instinct is immediate: Judge yourself. Defend yourself. Explain it away. Withdraw. 💥💥But the moment you judge yourself for losing, you close the door on the version of you that was about to evolve. You don’t just lose the outcome. You lose the insight. And that second loss is optional. The people who grow the fastest are not the ones who avoid losing. They’re the ones who stay present inside it. They feel the contraction… and they don’t collapse around it. They ask: What did this expose? Where was I rigid? Where was I attached? Where was I protecting an image instead of expanding capacity? 💫The experience of losing strips away illusion. It shows you where your confidence was real — and where it was performance. ➡️It reveals where you’ve reached the edge of your current thinking. ....And edges are not failures. ....Edges are growth points. ❓If you removed the need to prove yourself, what would losing actually teach you? ❓If losing didn’t threaten your worth, would it still hurt — or would it simply inform? 💥Because here’s the deeper truth: Losing humbles you just enough to make you upgrade. Not your strategy. You. 🤔And when you stop protecting your identity long enough to extract the lesson, something shifts.

The edges are growth points- very wise article Anita. Strengthening our inner selves, regardless of losses.
🤔Why We Want Growth—and Still Orchestrate Our Own Resistance
Most people assume that if they truly want something, they’ll naturally move toward it. So when progress stalls… When motivation fades… When they hesitate, procrastinate, or collapse right before a breakthrough… They conclude the problem must be them. Lack of discipline. Fear. Self-sabotage. Inconsistency. .......But that story misses the real mechanism entirely. What’s actually happening has nothing to do with who you are or what you want. It has everything to do with how systems protect themselves. 🧊Our unconscious mind is not designed to help you optimize our potential. It’s designed to preserve stability. Whatever identity, emotional range, level of success, visibility, or responsibility we currently live inside has already been encoded as safe enough. Even if it’s uncomfortable. Even if it’s limiting. Even if we consciously want more. Change, to the unconscious, is not opportunity. It’s destabilization. More success = more exposure. More freedom = less belonging. More power = more responsibility… and more to lose. 🔫So when our conscious desire points forward, our system doesn’t cheer. It quietly activates protection. Not as a hard stop. As orchestrated entropy. Distraction increases. Energy fragments. Clarity blurs. Timing feels off. Momentum leaks. None of it feels intentional. It feels like “life.” 💫From a systems perspective, this is elegant. When a system senses threat, it doesn’t collapse — it redistributes load and introduces friction to stay intact. Psychologically, that shows up as procrastination, perfectionism, sudden doubt, fatigue, emotional volatility. These are not flaws. They are protective strategies. 💫This is why people can deeply desire growth while unconsciously dismantling the very structures required to hold it. And because the protection runs outside awareness, the conscious mind explains the outcome the only way it can: “I’m not disciplined enough.” “I must be afraid.” “I always sabotage myself.” That misinterpretation keeps people stuck.

How do we identify the rules our system is protecting?

@Anita Kozlowski Lots to consider in this post. ☺️These are deep questions.
🧠 Anxiety Isn’t a Feeling. It’s a Manufactured Process...
This might be uncomfortable to read: Anxiety isn’t something that “happens” to you. It’s something your system executes—perfectly. ⚙️ And it executes it fast. What most people call anxiety is actually a manufactured emotional output, generated by unconscious mechanisms running on autopilot. Here’s what’s really happening: Your unconscious mind is running a movie of the future 🎥 — a predictive simulation built from expectation, identity, and past learning. That movie triggers: a physiological response ⚡ a meaning assignment 🧩 an emotional label 🏷️ All before conscious thought even shows up. That’s why anxiety feels uncontrollable. Because by the time you notice it, the process has already completed. Here’s the part almost no one understands: 👉 There can be three people with anxiety operating on the exact same deep structural principles —but with completely different narratives. Social anxiety. Performance anxiety. Existential anxiety. Different stories. Same engine. Which tells us something critical: Anxiety is not personal. It’s procedural. 🔁 💥And anything procedural can be re-engineered. Social anxiety, in particular, is an artificial constraint— a learned prediction about danger, judgment, or loss of status that no longer exists in reality. The trigger is usually outside conscious awareness 👁️‍🗨️ The execution is masterful The speed is faster than you think ⏱️ Here’s the good news: 💫The energy locked inside anxiety doesn’t disappear. When the structure shifts, that energy becomes available power ⚡ Immediate Clarity. Automatic Confident Presence. Sharp Focus. Perceivable Authority. You don’t “manage” anxiety. You convert it..... And when mind structure changes, the emotional result changes immediately and powerfully.... Once the movie of the mind changes, the emotion follows automatically... It has to.... 💥Curious what kind of movie your system has been running—and how long it’s been doing it without your consent. 🎬 and ...If anxiety weren’t “you,” what would it be instead?

Great post. Very true! What would it be instead? A puff of air that drifts away in the wind? Mind-bending question.
Sad news
I just found out that my niece Victoria Meza was murdered by her boyfriend. She went into ICU today and there's nothing they can do so they are going to pull the plug once her mom gets there. She was only 21 years old and her boyfriend beat her to death. Prayers for the family would greatly be appreciated. Thank you.

So Sorry to hear this.
If You Want Faster Results and Real Breakthroughs, You Have to Work at a Different Level of Mind
Here’s something most people never stop to question: 💥Your results aren’t random. They’re a mirror...a quantum mirror..... At a quantum level, reality reflects how you communicate with yourself—beneath awareness. That’s why effort eventually fails. You can add motivation. You can stack techniques. You can try harder. But if the structure generating your thoughts, decisions, and reactions doesn’t change, the same patterns keep returning—just with better explanations. This is where most change work stalls or works poorly.. NLP gives you leverage.Hypnosis gives you access. But without understanding deep structure, you’re still working on outcomes instead of changing what produces them... That's how problems return.... 💫.....Structural Psychology is the shift underneath all of it. It doesn’t force change. It reorganizes the architecture that makes behavior automatic. When that architecture changes: - stubborn problems loosen fast - influence becomes natural instead of effortful... instant charisma emerges - clarity sharpens without pushing- ever... - abilities you didn’t know how to access come online... and surprise you delightfully... And not because you tried harder.........Because the system running you changed..... The deepest vault of the unconscious doesn’t open through pressure. It opens through precision. 💫So consider this—without answering yet: If it were entirely possible to change the way your mind generates meaning…what would stop being a problem immediately? That question is the doorway. Structural Psychology is simply the practice of learning how to work at that doorway deliberately. If something in you leans forward reading this, you don’t need to decide anything.Just notice the curiosity. 💥Sometimes that’s how learning at the right level begins... (Join the upcoming masterclass if you want to work at this level....)
