🔥 MAJOR ANNOUNCEMENT: FIRST $1 BUILDER OS IS HERE
Yesterday, we celebrated Tamara earning her First $1. That win is exactly why this community exists. Not to help you collect another pile of information. To help you turn an idea into evidence—and that evidence into movement toward your first or next dollar. Before writing this post, I audited the last five weeks of conversations inside this community. I kept seeing the same pattern. Builders were asking: • Am I explaining this the wrong way? • How do I reach the right people? • People are visiting… so why aren’t they buying? • Members are joining… so why aren’t they participating? • Is my price the problem? Those may sound like similar problems. They aren’t. Lowering your price won’t fix a visibility problem. Creating more content won’t fix an unclear promise. And receiving twenty more ideas may not help when the real problem is not knowing which idea matters most. One member described the support she wanted like this: “Give me what I need to do, with tailored instructions for my specific business… and the least amount of options.” That sentence describes what I have spent months building. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ INTRODUCING FIRST $1 BUILDER OS ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Today, I’m opening the working founding beta of First $1 Builder OS to Premium and VIP members. You bring the numbers, the assets, and the thing you cannot make sense of. Builder OS helps you leave with: • The bottleneck most likely slowing you down • The evidence behind that diagnosis • The parts already working that should be protected • One focused experiment to run next • A Builder Record that keeps your important decisions, evidence, and progress connected over time This isn’t a single prompt designed to give you a pile of generic advice. It is designed to help distinguish between Clarity, Visibility, Conversion, and Momentum—then guide you toward the right diagnostic and one practical next move. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ WHERE THIS STARTED ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Builder OS began as the Momentum Blueprint.

HOW TO GROW A SKOOL COMMUNITY WITHOUT BURNING OUT
Sustainable growth needs a rhythm you can repeat. A simple system might include: • One way people discover you • One way they understand the offer • One way they take the next step • One way new members begin • One way you review the evidence You do not need to be everywhere. You need a path that works often enough to learn from. Which part of your current growth process depends too heavily on last-minute energy?

Hahahah I have just posted something similar in my community! Burnout is real!
HOW TO FOLLOW UP WITHOUT BEING ANNOYING
A useful follow-up adds clarity instead of repeating pressure. A simple version: ““Hey [Name], I just had a minute to get back to you. You’d mentioned wanting to [desired result]. Are you still looking for a way to make that happen…or have you given up on it for now?” Adapt it to your voice and situation. Choose one appropriate person to follow up with. Then return to this same thread with: • Follow-up sent • Response or no response • What the result taught you Silence is data too.

Following up has been such a game changer for me. - Helped me secure at least 2 irl bookings in the last 2 weeks - Has meant I have had 3 new Google Reviews It's all about finding the right tone as you've said @Joshua Guerrero and making the outcome easy for the client. I chose to take photographs during my sessions, I then follow up 2 days after the event (so I'm not annoying them), I say hey, I've got some awesome photos I wanted to share of your time with us, oh and by the way, if you happen to have time and are willing to pop a review out there for us here's the link..... 😎

Thoughts - A community Pivot
Hi folks, I've been a little quieter on Skool as of late. A few things going on in my personal life BUT it has allowed me to consider my community in more depth. Currently my community was started to support people in getting outdoors and building confidence to do so through my triple C framework. The community has some awesome members in it however, most are well versed in the outdoors and aren't looking for this kind of thing. I am considering creating a new branch OR pivoting the current community to be one focused on supporting practitioners, teachers, youth leaders etc. get their young people outdoors by providing consultation and resources such as session plans, activity ideas, kit recommendations etc. I can also see myself running group webinars explaining how to integrate some tasks into lessons or working with a variety of young people / neuro diverse etc... I could also then provide 1-1 support should anyone be looking for further consultation and support in using the outdoors in their school or youth group. I love my community, but it's not what I thought it would be and I am looking to try and make an income of sorts through Skool, but it's just not happening in its current format. What's people's thoughts on this new community or pivot and which do I do if any?? 🤔🤔🤔

@Joshua Guerrero Joshua, thank you so so much for taking the time to outline this for me, I think it's really hard when you're not of this way of thinking... It's not my skillset so knowing where to look and what to look for in your message there is very very useful.

@Joshua Guerrero haha bold or silly... It's definitely one of them! Aw no! Get that video made Joshua! You have so much value to offer! Perhaps YT shorts is a gateway in, that way you don't have to worry about all of the faff of editing and long form content?
🏆 WEEKLY BUILDER LEADERBOARD
Another strong week from the Builders. 🔥 Here are this week’s Top 3: 🥇 @Anne Iglesias — 126 points 🥈 @Emma Pollard — 74 points 🥉 @Tia Simmons — 73 points And yep… Anne took the #1 spot again. 😅🔥 Huge congratulations, Anne. You absolutely earned that first-place finish. Because Anne was last week’s recognized Builder, though, we’re sticking with the no back-to-back winners rule so more Builders get a chance to be recognized. That means this week’s recognized Builder is @Emma Pollard! 🌟 Emma, you get to choose one reward: 1. 🌟 Community Spotlight 2. 🚀 Communities In Motion — a permanent feature inside the Classroom 3. 💎 One-Time Premium Review Pass — choose either a Personalized About Page Breakdown or Personalized Offer Hypothesis (You already have this as a Premium member) Congratulations, Emma! 🎉 Which reward are you choosing? 👇 And big shoutout to Anne for another #1 finish and Tia for taking 3rd this week. 🙌 Everyone else, help me celebrate all three! 🥳
