Hello! I'm Lisa. I live in Prestonpans (just outside Edinburgh) and I have recently launched my editing and proofreading business The Enlightened Edit. I specialise in helping small business owners and content creators streamline their content to ensure consistency across all platforms. I currently still have a salaried job as an English teacher and do a bit of tutoring as well, but I'm hoping to be able to leave the classroom in the next few years and make tutoring and editing the source of my full-time income.
