Weight isn’t always about food. Sometimes it’s about stress, grief, overwhelm, self-worth, exhaustion, or years of putting everyone else first.I also think of the phrase: “The weight isn’t always the problem; sometimes it’s the symptom.” For someone who has been through years of dieting and weight cycling, this message can be a powerful reminder that the solution may require more than just another meal plan. I am starting to realize this it’s taking a bit but I am getting there .
