I have been complacent with dialing back my diet - since my last 70.3 I still eat like I’m training 15hours a week but I’m only doing maybe half that right now. Oh yeah and then there’s all the ice cream…
@Nick Carling breaking the habits I just created (breakfast, second breakfast, elevensies, lunch, etc). Maybe banish the ice cream fairy that keeps making ice cream appear in our freezer at home.
