Creating an A.I. Video Avatar using HeyGen
Have you started using AI to making videos yet? if so, share one of your favorites below and tell us what platform you are using: ChatGPT recommended I start with HeyGen. So far, it's been simple to follow and they do have a good start-up video: I've been experimenting this afternoon with HeyGen ... kinda like Hey Grandma Grady... LOL 😅🤣 Here are my first 3 practice drafts: Which one do you like best? https://app.heygen.com/videos/ab93e118046741ab9fc562a4a6aef53c https://app.heygen.com/videos/5259730477064e0aa35e4744c510210a https://app.heygen.com/videos/4b7efb63e22d4220b02bc1bcad4fc8b9

Habits of People Aging Well
Aging well isn’t about avoiding time, it’s about embracing it with grace, gratitude, and purpose. People who age beautifully stay curious, keep learning, and find joy in simple moments. They move their bodies, nourish their minds, and surround themselves with positive, loving energy. They laugh often, forgive easily, and stay open to new beginnings. Most of all, they live with intention, choosing peace over pressure, connection over comparison, and love over fear. Every day becomes another chance to grow wiser, kinder, and more radiant from the inside out. 🌸✨

You're Right ~ You Had IT Worse. . .
I read something this morning on ✖️ from Alex Hormozi, and it really made me pause and reflect... He wrote: “You’re right. You had it harder. You started with less. Bad things happened to you. But believing those things limit you , prevents you from becoming an example to everyone else like you. Be the one who had it worse but still did better.” When I read that, I whispered to myself...“Now that’s a profound, soul-stirring truth.” So, I rewrote it in my own words — my Grandma Grady version: “I’m the one who had it the worst...I had the hardest childhood. I’ve known years of poverty-level financial struggles. I’ve been hurt, betrayed, and physically and menially abused. HERE I AM TODAY!! — living proof that I am NOT defined by my circumstances!! I DID BETTER! I did a hell-of-a-lot better!! 🙏 My children had the kind of childhood I could only dream of and for the last 40 years, no man has laid a hand upon me nor have I had to worry about where my next penny was coming from; I have plenty of food, cozy warm shelter, and an abundance of favor from God. God has been faithful — always.” 💖 ✨ Beautiful Souls, let this be your reminder that our past may explain you, but it does not define you. Through faith, grace, and perseverance, you can rise —and become the living example someone else needs to see. 💫

@Debra Grady great post
A Thought on Our Ageless Wisdom Community 🌸
Hey sweet friends, it’s Grandma Grady here 🌸 When I first started Ageless Wisdom with Grandma Grady, my vision was to create a safe, faith-filled space for women 50+ — a sisterhood where we could grow together, share openly, and lift one another up through every season of life. 💖 But something interesting happened this week… my mentor — a man of great faith, wisdom, and integrity — joined our group. His heart is pure, and his insights are rich in truth. It got me thinking… maybe this little corner of the internet could one day be a space where both women and men of faith can grow together, learn from one another, and encourage each other in love and understanding. 🌿 Then today another gentleman inquired and his main reason for joining was the "faith" part. So, I've made a decision, I wanted to come straight to you — the women who helped shape this beautiful space. Women of faith, your comfort and sense of safety mean everything to me. Please share your honest thoughts in the comments about allowing men — there’s no right or wrong answer, just love and respect. 💕 Either way, I want to introduce you to my mentor, Mr. Robert Hollis that I met back in 2019 in a club that sold hemp products. He never sponsored me, nor was he in my upline - however I saw something special in him - all I knew is I had to connect with him somehow, somewhere and I've been listening to him ever since. I am not the same person I was back in 2019 - I can not believe how much I've grown, and what a better human being I am becoming and the knowledge and skills I have gained are just unreal. My gift to you is I want each one of you to experience his love - He has an open heart and open arms to anyone who seeks. Here is his Skool link: With gratitude and grace, Grandma Grady 🌷“Wisdom grows best when we grow together.” 🌿 https://www.skool.com/unlimitedwisdom/about?ref=cec0c394f50e4475bdeda3c4dea9fa5b
