Today I did something I never imagined was possible!
Something happened today that never would have been possible before attending the AI Advantage Summit. As a woman veteran, today I had the honor of attending and helping sponsor the Women Veterans Interactive Foundation’s Pink and White Affair, and something truly unexpected happened. For the very first time, I stood in a room full of powerhouse women veterans, leaders, and advocates, and I got to introduce myself as a tech startup founder. I pulled out a live working prototype of the app I have been quietly building behind the scenes since the summit wrapped up. It was amazing seeing people light up as they saw the potential use cases for their own lives. The moment when an idea that lived only in my mind suddenly became real enough to put in someone’s hands felt like stepping into the next chapter of my life in real time. But the part that stayed with me most was this: Sharing my app with people who immediately understood the mission behind it reminded me why I’m building it in the first place. Real lives Real needs Real impact Today made the work feel bigger. And it made me even more committed to finishing what I started. I left that room grateful, motivated, and more certain than ever that this is the right path. I hope everyone here who is following their dreams stays their path and starts this next week with fresh momentum and determination!

I’m so happy to hear such a proud moment. Your intrinsic motivation -immediate appeal coming from others you wish to assist, that’s the best! You deserve everything you want!
MEDICAL PROMPTS
For those that want to fine tune your own life or help others, you can use the format of these two prompts. The follow-up prompt example puts guardrail directions on where CGPT goes to fact check... Here is the first prompt (lengthy) and it sent me on a path of valuable Q&As that personalized a dietary plan. C. Difficile is not well understood. I could have used septal infarct, circulatory issues or other forms of inflammation, diseases, etc. that family and friends are attempting to recover from while they are struggling to find a reparatory food and beverage plan. PROMPT 1 (pay close attention to BOTH the first and last sentence of this prompt): You are a C. Difficile expert that is, at this point in time, focusing on nutrition instead of antibiotics. Design a one week food and beverage plan that may lessen the growth of C. Difficile. Here is some beginning data from a hey google effort from this morning for you to consider - and possibly use in the one week food and beverage plan: Here is information regarding foods that do not provide growth factors for C. difficile, which can help support recovery: Foods that do not provide C. difficile with preferred growth factors are often low in protein and high in certain carbohydrates (starches and soluble fiber), which instead promote beneficial gut bacteria.Foods to Favor: Soft, easy-to-digest items like white rice, potatoes, bananas, lean proteins (chicken, eggs, turkey), and fermented foods with live cultures (yogurt, kefir). Foods to Limit or Avoid:Items high in fat, insoluble fiber, simple sugars, and high-protein/high-fat diets, such as fried foods, raw vegetables, whole grains, and high-sugar items.Important Note: Please always consult a doctor or registered dietitian for personalized dietary advice specific to a C. difficile infection. Ask me questions until you are 95% sure that you are developing the most effective food and beverage plan to lessen the growth of C. Difficile. NOTE: The Q&A may, or may not, lead you through the path of multiple download options that includes workbooks, refrigerator posters, etc. CAUTION: Medical advice, even dietary in nature, should not be promoted lightly and legal and medical experts should be consulted.

Pairing Doctors with insurance carrier, ratings, plans, can be ridiculously time consuming especially when leveraging towards DO’s, holistic modalities, nutrition etc!

šŸ”„ practical tips from the NVIDIA Red Team on building AI safety
I wrote this after I saw an alert from the NVIDIA Red Team today and it really stayed with me. If you are new to artificial intelligence, NVIDIA builds much of the hardware and tools that power global AI systems. Their Red Team actively searches for safety issues before those issues turn into real harm. When they raise a concern I pay attention. Their latest update felt important so I created this gentle beginner friendly breakdown for anyone building consumer facing AI apps and learning at the same pace I am. FOR ANYONE JUST STARTING OUT If you feel unsure or intimidated please remember this. You belong in this space. You do not need perfect knowledge to move forward. You can ask beginner questions. You can learn slowly or quickly. You can return to this later. You can grow at your own pace. You are not behind. You are not alone. Every builder in this community started exactly where you are right now and you are welcome here. A QUICK NOTE FOR ANYONE WHO FEELS OVERWHELMED You can copy and paste any part of this post into your favorite AI tool and ask for a simpler explanation. You can ask for beginner level language. You can ask for examples. You get to decide how you learn. DISCUSSION: NVIDIA AI Red Team has observed three common vulnerabilities in the implementation of AI systems. The first vulnerability involves directly executing LLM-generated code, which could lead to remote code execution in the case of direct or indirect prompt injection. The second vulnerability is related to insufficient access controls in RAG data sources, which could allow a user to read data they are not privileged to read or write data to the data store. The third vulnerability is related to active content rendering of LLM outputs, which could lead to information leakage via images or other network requests. DO NOT LET YOUR APP RUN CODE THAT A LARGE LANGUAGE MODEL WRITES A large language model or LLM can write computer code. If your app runs that code automatically you open the door for attackers. An attacker can trick the model into creating harmful commands. You protect your system when you limit the model to a small set of approved actions or place any generated code inside a locked sandbox where nothing else can break.

AI and cyber security tips
Stay safe online. Use only trustworthy tools and guidelines for your online safety, especially when using AI. As a former operations manager in cyber security, I share tips on how not to get scammed. Today - an example from National Cyber Security Centre, UK: highly and nationally significant cyber incidents increased by 48-50% over a year. šŸ›”ļø AI & Cyber Safety Checklist 1. Know What You’re Sharing āœ… Never type private or sensitive information into an AI chat — no real names, addresses, phone numbers, IDs, or financial details. āœ… Avoid pasting entire documents, contracts, or internal data into AI tools unless you are 100% sure they are secure and compliant. āœ… If you must share examples, anonymise them: change names, blur locations, remove identifying details. āœ… Treat AI tools like social media — assume what you type might be stored or viewed by others. 2. Choose Trusted Tools āœ… Use AI platforms from reputable companies with clear privacy policies (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Microsoft, etc.). āœ… Prefer services that let you turn off chat history or opt out of data training. āœ… Be cautious with new, flashy AI apps that promise miracles — they often collect your data. āœ… Avoid downloading unverified browser extensions or desktop ā€œAI assistantsā€ that ask for too many permissions. 3. Protect Your Accounts āœ… Use strong, unique passwords/pass phrases for every AI platform. A secure password/passphrase is at least 16 characters. āœ… Turn on two-factor authentication (2FA) wherever possible. āœ… Don’t reuse passwords from email or banking accounts. āœ… Log out from shared computers, and clear chat histories if others can access your device. 4. Watch for AI-Themed Scams āœ… Be sceptical of emails or messages claiming to be from ā€œChatGPT,ā€ ā€œMicrosoft AI,ā€ or ā€œGoogle AIā€ asking for money or login details. āœ… Real companies never ask for your password or payment info outside their official websites. āœ… Watch for fake app downloads — use only verified app stores and official sites.
