No regrets at all I have struggled over last month as my mam passed away but I have stuck to it and it feels good to think I have gone and still going through the worst pain ever and not slipped back

@Sarva Bonwick if I am honest I was never a huge drinker I just found i was very depressed the next day and didn't like it. I focus on other things to keep me going do a lot of walking and meditation to keep myself busy x

Strength
Sorry to be sad on NYD but tomorrow i send my amazing mam on her final journey at her funeral and I am looking for some positive strength if anyone can help x

Hi Scott thanks for starting this group something I really need at moment, 3 years today sober but lost my mam on 12th December and God I could really have a drink but I am being strong x
