I’ve been searching. Trials and tribulations of the spirit. First step is to notice the cycle. 2. Master the cycle. 3.change the cycle. 4. With repetition you break the cycle. What I have now learned is breaking the cycle IS NOT THE END!! Wow my mind is blown. Now me and my spiritual chosen family and friends must learn build fortify and teach. It’s important to remember the history but more importantly Don’t Repeat It! I hope to learn from this community and build stronger connections with in.
