I feel like I’ve asked before but can someone confirm how much BAC water to mix with 15mg tirz? Someone said .6mL, somewhere else said 1.2mL. Thanks

Received NAD+ 500mg. I’m seeing differing advice on recon, some say 3mL, some say 5. Also does it need to be refrigerated, thanks!
