So our lovely @Lisa Dykes has had a solid week training! Her new plan is called: “You’re going to hate me - It’ll be worth it” Well she’s survived the first full week of doing it somehow and now she’s off for the weekend. HOWEVER… She broke into conversation she’d be having a few drinks with her family this weekend, so I enquired as to what? ONLY BLOODY HALF HER CALORIES!😂 We’ve put steps now in place to work around this so she can get white girl wasted now, but it shows how these moments of fun can otherwise be the far setback after a solid week! (Bonus points if you can guess how many calories / no cheating with MyFitnessPal!)
