Tonight's classes
Dollies, @Amanda Martin is taking the 6pm Foundation class tonight ss I am super sick. There will be no 7pm or 750pm class sorry for that. I'm hoping that going back to bed means I can sleep it off and manage classes tomorrow. Thanks for your understanding xx

January Detox. Where Next?
Dollies 🩷 I just want to take a moment to celebrate our January Detox Dollies! Massive inch loss. Jaw-dropping weight loss. The consistency. The commitment. This detox has been a raging success and that is 100% down to you showing up. We are heading into the final week now so stay strong strong. Less bloat, more energy, clothes fitting better and stronger habits all round ✨ I am going to pop a poll up because I know the big question is always what next? If you want to keep the momentum going, here are the options I am thinking about. 1.🍑 Weekly accountability only £49 for the month • Weekly check ins - weight, measurements & photos • Individual calorie target & macros • Ongoing support • Keeping you consistent and accountable 2.🍑 Food plan plus accountability £99 for the month • A rotating 4 week food plan • Week 1 and 3 are the same • Week 2 and 4 are the same • Set at either maintenance calories or a calorie deficit depending on your goal • Tracking calories and macros so you actually understand what you are eating and why • Shopping list for easy preparation • Weekly check ins and accountability included as above Absolutely no pressure at all. I just want to support you in whatever feels right for your next step 🤍 And if you didn’t jump on the detox with us this time but are reading this thinking “I need in on that”… drop me a DM and let’s have a chat 👀✨ Go and smash this final week, queens 👑🔥 You are doing INCREDIBLE. Loveeeee xx

Timetable Feedback
Hey dollies 💕 I just wanted to pop on and say a huge thank you for all your feedback on the timetable. It all came rushing in and I genuinely appreciate every message, voice note, chat in studio and those of you who let me talk my thoughts out loud (you know who you are). First things first… every single bit of feedback matters to me. The LYFE Community is my everything. I read it all and take it all to heart. But I also want to be honest with you, sometimes feedback can pull in different directions. What one person needs can directly conflict with what another person needs, and my job is to act in the best interests of the whole LYFE community. After a LOT of listening, thinking, tweaking and gut checking, I’ve generated a timetable that I am truly ecstatic about. I honestly think it delivers really effectively for the majority of the community, whilst still listening to those who want something a little more niche and, at times, outside of our Pilates focus. Pilates is, and always will be, the heart of LYFE 💗 My absolute priority is making Pilates accessible to every dolly, no matter their fitness level. Alongside that, I’m passionate about covering all areas of fitness so you can achieve strength, tone, flexibility, endurance and cardio fitness all in one place. I can’t keep everyone happy all of the time, but overall this timetable delivers an incredible punch. From February, we will increase to a massive 31 classes a week, which is honestly huge. There is no other studio delivering this amount of weekly classes in Swindon. There really is something for everyone, at pretty much every time slot imaginable. As well as choice, this timetable delivers huge value for our Unlimited dollies, and with every class online and recorded, so you can train on demand around real life. This latest update reflects demand, developments in Pilates & the fitness world, and most importantly, your feedback whilst ticking every box in terms of fitness deliverables. Over the next week I’ll be working with the printers, updating the website, and going live on Skool (date and time to follow) to talk you through the changes and introduce the new classes. Just so you know, the new timetable will kick in from Monday 2nd February so we are a little way off yet.

Detox Headaches
Quick reassurance post, dollies 💗 If you’re getting headaches, feeling a bit nauseous or “off” in the first few days of the meat/fish detox, this is very common and usually nothing to worry about. It’s not your body “failing” and it’s not something you need to push through to prove a point. The most common reasons are: • Sugar withdrawal After Christmas, your body is used to regular sugar hits. Removing them can cause headaches, fogginess and low energy for a few days. • Caffeine changes If you’ve reduced coffee or energy drinks, headaches are a classic withdrawal symptom, usually days 2–4. • Dehydration Eating cleaner and lower-carb means you lose stored water quickly. Even mild dehydration can cause headaches. • Low electrolytes Cutting processed foods also cuts sodium. Low salt can equal headaches and fatigue. • Calorie drop If you’re eating less overall without realising, your body will let you know. What helps Drink more water than you think you need Add a pinch of salt or electrolytes Make sure you’re eating enough protein and healthy fats Don’t cut caffeine too aggressively Keep movement gentle for the first few days This usually settles within a few days and you should start to feel clearer, lighter and more energised.

Definitely sugar withdrawal for me - but I really felt I and my body needed this reset - so it's all good and definitely working.
