Masterclass Complete!
Hi everyone, one of my products in the Stan Store is my Visibility Unlocked Masterclass for women. I decided to do the masterclass with a founding cohort. It includes 5 LIVE sessions along with a course portal (my first course in GoHighLevel). We just completed the last session, and now I'm getting feedback from my founding cohort on what adjustments I need to make. I also requested written and video testimonies from the participants. I did not charge the founding cohort (women whom I know and trust will give me honest feedback). After I take in all of the feedback and make adjustments, I feel more confident in offering this product. It was a heavy lift (recording videos for the portal every week, and drip-feeding content weekly), but it was worth it to see the transformation at the end. Whew!

@Dupé Aleru thank you!! So far, I've received good feedback that I can use for the next cohort. I'm getting ready to send a reminder to the founding cohort because only half have completed the survey, and I really NEED their feedback. My full-time gig is taking all of my time right now because my company was recently acquired, so I'm in integration mode. I hope to launch a new cohort in the Fall since I'm not sure if the summer months are a good time to launch.

YouTube Win! 🏆
It's been 44 days since posting a daily video on YouTube (long-form). I'm starting to feel very comfortable showing up daily and trusting me to share from a place of experience. This week a few videos performed better than the past two weeks. I noticed when you share from "experience" and not from a place of an "expert", people are more prone to want to follow your journey an engage. I've changed the tone in my videos from expert to "I'm still learning" and it actually feels more natural, relatable, and freeing! Just thought I'd share. 🫶🏾

@Dupé Aleru Congratulations! This is a huge win. I need to practice the skill of not using filler words. I love talking off the cuff and sharing experiences, but I use too many filler words like "um", "right", etc. I'm working on slowing down my mind and getting comfortable in the silence and not putting a word there. You mentioned that you don't do too much editing, which is great. Any advice or ways I can get better with that in my videos?

Hi Ladies, I just watched the replay. Great call. Congratulations, @Miracle Hawkins on two sales, woohoo! I understand the cost issue with the tools. I'm in the same boat; I am going to close down my Stan Store and move my two products to landing pages in GoHighLevel (my CRM that I am also paying for). I just hired a VA to help me with this.
