Any former redtail users who switched to wealthbox? Why did you make the switch and what have you found to be better or perhaps lacking compared to redtail? Redtail seems to be going down hill more everyday. Wealthbox seems like a logical destination in an eventual move.

@Cody Gehman Yes, WB allows for outcomes with each step in a WF. I did not build the WFs that I'm currently using in WB, but I can tell you it has been very helpful as someone who is new to my role. Another helpful tip in the WFs I'm using, has been adding links to Loom/training videos for complex steps with alot of detail/moving pieces, as well as, links to where folders are located on Google shared-drive for more information.
How I live each day is how I'll live my life...
Two existential posts in a row... how about that! A similar idea is "How you do anything is how you do everything." Recently I've been studying how to enjoy life on a daily basis - days which make weeks, months, years, decades, etc. Days are the building blocks of Life. 3 resources I've enjoyed on this: - The Ruthless Elimination of Hurry by John Mark Comer - Tranquility by Tuesday by Laura Vanderkam - Ten Lessons I Learned from Peter Drucker by Jim Collins (foreward to The Effective Executive) One overarching theme that I think can give you dividends immediately is "Do only one thing at a time", aka "be present." Not stuck regretting something in the past, or constantly worrying about the future - focus on the thing at hand and be there. Some practical applications I'm "practicing": - Don't multi-task - work on one task at a time. I find my brain doesn't overheat and I do better work, plus I'm just generally happier doing one thing to completion and then doing the next thing. Not trying to watch emails, Teams messages, prep for meetings later in the day, and analyze a CRM export all at the same time. Multi-tasking (for me anyway) typically means a more frustrating, anxious, and less productive day - and lower-quality work. - I tend to keep thinking about work long after I've gotten home, possibly even "catching up" into the evening. This makes for a lousy home life. I'm trying to turn my phone off more often in the evenings, over the weekend, and some days leaving my phone and laptop at the office so there is zero chance for distraction from the present. - Move before 3pm - taken from the Tranquility book - getting a walk in before 3pm each day no matter how busy or piled up my day is. If I don't prioritize this, there will always be something more important and years will go by focusing on the urgent at the expense of the important. - Live at 80% - not booking every day to the max. The difference between time you have and time you spend is "saved time" :)

@Joe Moss The Ruthless Elimination of Hurry is an amazing book to read, especially when we talk about multi-tasking, which sadly is the world we live in, but we have the ability to change it. Success seems to be measured in "quantity" versus "quality". Another great book to read is The Power of a Humble Life by Richard E Simmons III; so many great stories from successful business owners and leaders, and stories of those who failed and why - lack of humility.
Junxure to Salesforce FSC Migration
Hi all, I have a friend in the advisory industry that is actively migrating from Junxure to Salesforce. She's having a difficult time with the migration surrounding how moldable, customizable and intricate the salesforce platform is. Does anyone have any resources available I can forward over to help her understand the platform? She is leading the migration so any tips or best practices anyone has is greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

Virtual Meeting Assistants
Good morning! Back in June @Kevin Stephison had asked about using "AI Notes" for virtual meetings in this thread. I'm currently considering adding a meeting assistant to help with my Zoom/Teams meetings to record/transcribe/summarize my client meetings. I know @Joe Moss mentioned in the thread above that he's used Grain and Fathom. Curious, Joe... which of these 2 would you recommend and why? In the same thread @Brian Quaranta mentioned Avoma. And @Mark Wellman suggested a couple additional options. Anyone else trialed or using any of these tools and have any thoughts or opinions? Thanks very much 😀

@Natalie Bergsma I heard another advisor talk about this as well. One of the key elements was tracking % of talking as it related to his prospect meetings. We might check this out, especially for Surge meetings.
New Client Profile Intake Forms
With the switch from TDA to Schwab, we're looking to update our Client Profile intake form that we use with new clients to obtain all the info needed to prepare new account paperwork. We're going to try and make it look “pretty" at the same time. Does anyone have an intake form (.pdf, Jotform link, etc.) they really like that they’d be willing to share for inspiration?

@Lacey Shrum currently, we use a PDF to gather the data, but we are re-creating this in Jotform to have a more polished and streamlined process. We looked into using OnBord, but currently, they do not have integration with WB. They are working on this and hope to launch within the next 30 days.

@Lacey Shrum Fee agreement is handled outside of the intake form and we use DocuSign.
