Anyone still going?
I am still working through my rujuu and wondered if anyone else is? I like to go a little off piste with patterns (I believe @Zanete Hussain does too!) and decided early on my cardigan was going to be hooded with a zip closure. I also then decided I wanted to fleece lined and have everything i need to finish. Using techniques I've learned before I centralised the pattern for the hood, starting part way through the chart, and stepped back 5sts each side to allow room for a ribbed edge. Would love to hear from anyone still knitting! 🤩 I still need to: 1. Finish hood ribbing 2. Sleeves 3. Sew in ends 4. Block 5. Pattern, cut and sew in fleece lining 6. Add zip and cover strip 7. Wear!

Just about finished second sleeve. There are definitely some design elements in my sweater, but I am proud that I will actually finish. It was a steep learning curve for me and I enjoyed the process. Yours looks lovely, colours are striking.

Finished knitting!
Finished knitting and weaving on ends the end of this week. Including frogging out a section of color work on first sleeve where a big oops put pattern completely off (very noticeable to me and I’m sure other knitters only) so it had to be done so I would fully enjoy it! This meant grafting the end sections back in place as I didn’t want to have to completely tear out sleeve to repair such a small area… a first at doing such a thing… and not one I would like to ever repeat! But am so pleased with the final result! It is a bit big still, but beautiful and comfy and filled with my love of knitting and many new experiences! This has been so enjoyable! I’m so looking forward to the next KAL and many more Zanete sweaters! Have a couple WIP’s I promised myself to complete before starting a new pattern, now just have to choose from the many I’ve fallen in love with 😍

It is lovely Pamela, the colours suit you so well. Congratulations.
Progress Clue 5
I was having trouble lengthening this so decided to put it on a barber cord and try it on. Does not need to be longer. So pleased with it. Will be better when blocked.

@Nine Koenig thank you
Nearly there
I finished Clue 5 and have gone back to Row 1 of Clue 4 to knit another 6 rows to get to where I should start ribbing. End of row is not right. I have gone back over pattern and seem to be ok but end stitches are wrong. Do the side stitches throw the pattern out??? Can anyone help please? I have 226 stitches on my needles.

Fixed. Does not need to be lengthened.
Clue 5
I want to knit a little bit to make the sweater a little longer and start with the beginning of Clue 4. I only knitted with stash yarn, all the yarn is fingering and double. You can hardly see the differences in yarns. I'm glad I knitted a size up (Size 4). Happy with the result so far.

It looks gorgeous. Did you get pattern right when going back to Clue 4. Mine is out and I can’t figure out why. My last 4 stitches are purl three slip 1. I tinked and took out the side stitches, made it ending with purl three. Waaaah.

A long time knitter, since I was a little girl, now 76 years young. I enjoy the process, knit every day and am guilty of too many wips.
