I’m been looking into protocols and found one for 8mg daily (https://revolutionhealth.org/blogs/news/peptide-therapy-ss-31) Anyone have input on this and their studies?
9/19/25 the U.S. Food and Drug Administration granted accelerated approval to Forzinity (elamipretide) injection as the first treatment for Barth syndrome, in patients weighing at least 30 kg. Barth syndrome is a rare, serious and life-threatening disease of the mitochondria (the energy-producing parts of cells). https://www.fda.gov/news-events/press-announcements/fda-grants-accelerated-approval-first-treatment-barth-syndrome
My sister died at 21 yo due to a mutation in her oxadative-phosphorylation complex (Complex 4 in the Mitocondrial process of making ATP). She was born normal and by 10 walking difficulties and 12 in a wheelchair. As she grew and her body needed more ATP, he muscles and organs declined without the energy they needed. She died of kidney failure. I wish she was alive to try this medication today.
I’ve been thinking about Nootropics to help me with perimenopause brain fog, organization issues etc. I’ve heard SEMAX, PE-22-25, and nad+ Can anyone share their stories and resources?
