Do you do a monthly review to see how things went?
How’s your business ? So it’s May 1st. I know some of you have had a busy April. How did the last month go? Do you do a little review to see how things went? Sales? Achievements? Happy customers? Overcoming a challenge? It’s good to see what worked (and what didn’t)

I haven’t done that but I’m starting my business plan again, I did my business plan when I first started and as I’ve been doing this a few years, it needs updating and it’s good to see how far I have come. However, a lot to do but it’s good to keep the BP updated and set new goals
