Hello all, nice to meet you today. So, after a few hours of work here are the answers to this week's questions!!
Get Visible course. Week 1: What you do Integrating psychotherapy, counselling and coaching, I help women navigate change, loss and uncertainty with courage and clarity. Who you help Women experiencing change, loss or transition who feel stuck, disconnected, or uncertain about their next chapter. The problem you solve I support women to understand their story, identify their patterns and cultivate the self-understanding and self-compassion needed to create meaningful change. Why people should care Because the life you want is often on the other side of the change you're afraid to make. Your positioning Because your one wild and precious life deserves more than survival, self-doubt, or settling for less than you truly want. What do I want to be known for? Helping women find the courage to live more consciously and authentically Values “What is it that you will do with this one precious life?” I want to be known as the therapist who helps women find the courage to live authentically. Outcome: A clear message and personal brand foundation. I'm Jane Edwards, a psychotherapist, counsellor and coach. I help women experiencing change, loss and transition understand their story, recognise patterns that may be holding them back, and cultivate the understanding and self-compassion needed to create meaningful change. Through an integrated approach combining psychotherapy, counselling and coaching, I help women find the courage to live more consciously and authentically.

This is great. My favourite line is “your one wild and precious life deserves more than survival, self-doubt, or settling for less than you truly want.”
My first LinkedIn post inspired by Wk 1 session
hello there. I enjoyed today's coaching session and wrote pages of notes. Thanks Lyndsey. I had drafted a LinkedIn post about laptop covers that I make, but felt too "cringy" to post it on LinkedIn, in front of my former corporate colleagues. It helped to talk about our human fears this morning and I just went for it. I tried in incorporate Lyndsey's suggestions and be clear on what I do, who I help, the problem I solve and why people should care. I posted about what I could offer and hinted at what problems I could solve for them. I also include a few words on my brand story (why I am now selling handmade laptop covers, why it matters, why me, why now and why it's important). I probably didn't include everything (I didn't want to drone on forever). here's the LinkedIn link I'm not looking for glory but I would welcome feedback 🙂
