I'm impressed with myself!
I watched replays of days 3 and 4 today! I missed yesterday, but today I did day 3, then took my dog for a long walk. After an hour or so I came home and made a cup of tea and did day 4! I'm loving the three questions at the end of each challenge, they're really making me dig deep for my answers.

@Melody Vi thank you. I struggled for a moment after getting back from my long walk. I was soooo tempted to just watch Netflix. But I chose ME instead, and that felt good!
Where are you?
Any other Aussies here? I'm in Adelaide, South Australia. Hi from Down Under everyone!

@Hilary Keith ah Scotland, a place I've always wanted to visit.
Day 4 done!
My lowest Harmony dimension: Physical health. Getting around with a cane, can't sit long, buried in appointments. It's the one that bleeds into all the others. Wind-down pattern I noticed: The hard part isn't starting, it's stopping. "One more level" on the game or "one more reply" on Skool, and I'm not down until 1-2am, so I wake up tired and it sets the whole day. Morning pattern I noticed: No set routine. Hobble to the bathroom with the cane, may or may not eat, one coffee, one mobile game, then straight to the laptop in back pain to run accounts or Amy's books. Busy all day, but I call it "nothing of importance." As to my open loops: I had two, and I did not close either this week, as I'm closing them on Day 5. Here it is in writing. They are: (1) call the insurance company about vision coverage for my son, and (2) call the company that sold us the Airbnb policy we never qualified for, since we're 75 miles out and a "trip" is defined as 100. I'm planning the calls today. I stalled because I don't want to get trapped in an Airbnb call that goes nowhere, and part of me knows the vision one is my oldest son's to make. He's nearly 21. But his ADHD runs harder than mine, and my wife handed it to me "because I have nothing else to do." And it made me feel: Low-grade dread and a quiet resentment. Dread of a dead-end call, resentment at carrying something that isn't fully mine, plus the old obligation click where someone else's task becomes mine by default. What surprised me: I call it "robot mode," but it's really a biological click, not a character flaw. A tired, under-fueled brain runs low on dopamine, so mid-task it grabs at whatever feels more finishable or more novel, and switches me there before I've decided to. That same switch is exactly what pulls me off the two phone calls: the brain steers away from the task with the anticipated dead-end and toward the quick hit of "done." It's not laziness. It's a dopamine-seeking nervous system doing its job a little too well.

That's very insightful. Keep being kind to yourself.
Better late than never!
Day 3 replay done! I still have day 4 to do as I had a crazy busy day yesterday and was too tired to do the replay by evening. But, I'm going to walk my dog first and stretch my legs before I hunker down to do day 4. Hope you're all still here turning up for yourselves! We're worth it 🥰
REPLAY IS UP, DAY 1 WAS 🔥
MAKE SURE TO READ THIS! I started with asking a question: how familiar is this cycle? New thing, two weeks of hype, one missed day, shame, quit. Almost every answer was a 10. If that's you, Day 1 is the most important 27 minutes of your week (and probably more then that ;) By the end you'll know why nothing you tried has ever stuck. Not the apps, not the planners, not the courses. And why that was never a discipline problem, and never a you problem. You'll also meet the model behind this whole week: the gap between your current self and the future self you stopped daring to imagine. ▶️ Watch the replay here. Missed the live session? Good, read this twice: This is exactly the moment the old pattern whispers "I'm already behind." Missing a session is human. Disappearing is the pattern. That pattern is the thing we're breaking this week, so press play tonight. And tomorrow it gets uncomfortable. Day 2 is called Your Invisible Cage: masking, people pleasing, overachieving, and who you actually are underneath. For a lot of people this is the day things start to shift. It builds directly on Day 1, so watch the replay before then. We're live again tomorrow at 18:00 CEST · 17:00 UK · 12:00pm ET · 9:00am PT · 02:00 next day AEST. 👇 Comment REPLAY to commit and let us know you will watch it. If you finished day 1, let us know your biggest insights. With love, 💛 Jim
