@Linda Trup thank you. <3 (I am Swedish so bear with my English) So how can you tend more to your own needs? Do you have that inner voice? And are you listening to that? yes, especially with my children. I am 54, not diagnosed yet. My first meeting next week, still learning about my “masking”. That is hard to explain. But I was SO in control in my teens. We would go out for drinks, and I always won the beer battles. And no one ever noticed that I was even drunk. When I got home I got sick, and emptied my gut, and could barely walk straight. When I think about it, I don’t know HOW I did it. But I’ve noticed other things aswell with the body. I guess for the first time, I am relaxing. I have no choice really, my body says NO. Big time crash. Still, I am happy. Listening to ME, and MY needs. And nothing else. I put my bear feet on the ground, to keep me here, to charge. Nature is the only place still enough for me to be right now. Animals and kind people. ❤️ Take care of you.
