AI as a Practical Assistant
One of the most underrated uses of AI is planning. Not writing for you. Not “thinking” for you. Just helping you organize what’s already in your head. I use ChatGPT like an assistant when: • Planning trips - Outlining workdays - Structuring projects - Breaking down chaotic ideas into steps Travel Itinerary Prompt Use this when you already know where you’re going but need structure. Prompt: “I’m traveling to Miami for 3 days. Day 1 is arrival and light activities. Day 2 is beach + one nice dinner. Day 3 is checkout and shopping. Create a realistic itinerary with time blocks and suggestions, but keep it flexible.” Daily Assistant / Time-Blocking Prompt Great for busy days when your brain is overloaded. Prompt: “Act as my personal assistant for today. I have 6 hours of focused work, 2 meetings, and personal errands. Help me time-block my day realistically, including breaks and buffer time.” Project Outline Prompt Perfect for creators, students, and entrepreneurs. Prompt: “I’m starting a project called [project name]. My goal is [goal]. My deadline is [date]. Break this into clear phases and weekly action steps.”

Writing with AI: Structure, Creativity, and Control
This class is a standalone project focused on using AI to support writing — from outlining and structure to creativity and refinement. While the examples are writing-based, the underlying principles apply broadly to AI use in automation, bots, workflows, and systems design. This class exists to demonstrate intentional AI use — not as a replacement for human judgment, but as a support tool guided by clear context and purpose. Prompt Preview: What You’ll Learn When You Join Inside my community, you learn how to use AI intentionally — starting with the right context so the output actually serves your goal. Here’s a condensed preview of the kinds of prompts we work with: 🔹 Context First (Foundation) “Before we begin, ask me the key questions needed to understand my goal, audience, tone, and constraints.” 🔹 Structure Before Drafting “Create a clear outline based on my premise and objective so the writing process feels focused instead of overwhelming.” 🔹 Creative Support (Not Replacement) “Analyze this section for emotional impact and pacing, and suggest where clarity or tension can be improved.” 🔹 Nonfiction & Coaching Clarity “Help me turn my knowledge into a clear framework my audience can understand and apply.” 🔹 Voice & Control “Revise this to improve clarity and flow while maintaining my original voice and intent.” When you join, you don’t just get prompts — you get systems. ✔ Context-setting frameworks that improve AI output✔ Ready-to-use prompt structures for multiple use cases✔ Standalone AI projects demonstrating real-world application✔ Guidance on when and when not to use AI✔ A human-first approach to AI, not hype or shortcuts Each class is an independent project designed to show how AI can support thinking, creativity, and execution across different domains — writing, coaching, and beyond. Come and learn tips and tricks to Monetize
Using AI for Writing
AI doesn’t replace creativity — it amplifies it. I use AI scene-by-scene, with structure and constraints, to write smarter and faster.

💰 How This AI Tool Can Be Monetized
This first AI tool isn’t about complexity — it’s about usefulness. Tools like this are commonly used by small businesses to answer questions, capture leads, and save time. That’s why they’re often sold as: - A one-time setup - Or a small monthly service In Class One, I’ll break down real ways this kind of tool is priced and offered.

Your First AI Tool
Next up, we’ll build a simple AI tool that can answer questions and capture leads automatically. It’s beginner-friendly, practical, and something businesses actually pay for. I’ll walk through how it works step by step and explain where the monetization comes in. More coming shortly.
