🔥 5 Day Build Marathon Starts Monday 10am Pacific
Hey Architects! Last week we did live builds and had some great discussions. We'll continue that all week, Mon -> Friday. >> Add it to your calendar << Some topics: - How does Claude Code *actually* work (we'll build our own) - Why you can't make any money with AI (and how to fix it) - The core fundamentals of coding (so vibe coding isn't a black box) Everything will be recorded and dropped into the classroom if you can't make it. If you have ideas on what else you'd like to build, drop it in the comments!

@Stephen G. Pope Thank you for that.
Every SaaS UI Is Going To Move To Chat 💬
Hey Architects! Think about it—Claude Code, WhatsApp bots, Slack agents, every new AI product. They're all chat interfaces. Why? Because it's just easier. Building custom UIs takes forever. But chat? It's universal. It works. And when you DO need a specialized view (like a video player), you're still doing the actual work in the chat. The UI is just for viewing. So here's the problem I ran into... I built some really powerful Claude projects. YouTube title research agents, tools that hit APIs, stuff that actually saves me hours. But I can't sell my Claude project. I can't put a paywall in front of it. Same with GPTs. So I built my own framework. It looks like ChatGPT, but it's not. It's a SaaS shell that lets you: → Build your own agents (like GPTs or Claude projects) → Connect them to backend automations (n8n, APIs, whatever) → Add billing and credits → Actually charge people to use them The agents live in the chat. Users subscribe. You get paid. Whether you're building AI tools for YouTubers, chefs, marketers—doesn't matter. You define the agents, hook up the backend, and monetize. I'm still building this out. If you're interested in something like this, drop your feedback below—I'd love to hear what you'd build with it.

I think this would be very valuable for so many people to develop and sell as you described... I would be very interested in knowing more.
📡 Live Build Tomorrow 1/1/2026 at 10am Pacific
Hey Architects, Tomorrow I'm going live at 10am, here's the main agenda items: 1. Community/content update 2. Vibe coding a SaaS startup I'll cover a few other things too. All will be recorded and chopped up into the various segments I cover. It's a new format I'm going to try so that I show more of the building and thought process that goes into a build. 5 Laws for Real No-Code CEOs
Hey Architects! AI is exciting. The tools are incredible. But here's what I'm seeing: everyone's so caught up in the latest AI hacks and automation tricks that they're forgetting how to actually build a business that works. I've grown multiple seven-figure businesses and sold one. And I can tell you—the fundamentals haven't changed. The technology is just a tool. What matters is whether you can make smart decisions, execute consistently, and build something that actually makes money. This is something I'm going to dive deep much deeper into in December and throughout 2026. I'm building something special around this because I think it's critical. But for now, I want to give you a preview—a taste of what staying grounded in the fundamentals actually looks like. Because when this AI bubble eventually settles (and it will), the businesses still standing will be the ones built on solid foundations. Here are the 5 laws I think you need to know—and actually do—when building a real business: Law 1: Decision Velocity - Eliminate Your Biggest Business Blockers Every Month Execute in monthly cycles against 3 big yearly goals. Each month, identify your biggest blocker—whatever's keeping you from hitting those goals—and eliminate it. Your blocker is whatever, if solved, would unlock your next 10 customers (for example). Or maybe it will unlock 3x the productivity. But you need to be able to prioritize which one really matter, right now. Common blockers: - "No one knows I exist" → Your blocker is awareness - "People see my stuff but don't engage" → Your blocker is positioning/messaging - "People are interested but not buying" → Your blocker is offer/pricing Speed without direction gets you nowhere. Direction without speed means you get passed up. You need both. Law 2: First Principles Thinking - No More Shiny Objects Every decision needs a clear "why" rooted in fundamentals—not "everyone else is doing it" or "it seems like a good idea." Understand the real reason behind every choice you make.

‼️ Important & Quick Update **Updated 10/12
Hey Architects! I recently moved houses which took my studio down, now I'm back up and recording again! (pics below). Quick recap of what's coming. 1. Tomorrow the new version of Kontent Clip Magic is coming out (7am PDT). It's the remake of v1.0 that turns long form content into viral clips (and this one auto-posts for you too). 2. We also have a big update to the NCA Toolkit that makes it much easier to use Google Cloud, so you can run it nearly free, and it scales up to any workload thanks for a feature from @Harrison Fisher. More on that soon. 3. Kontent Story Magic v3 (the faceless video generator will be out in a couple weeks). 4. We also have some multi language automations coming, the YouTube CEO mentioned adding multi language is one of the best ways to grow in 2025, so I'll be adding that to my channels (with the help of AI). 5. I've also got a project coming that shows you how to turn any n8n automation into a profitable SaaS in 60 minutes. 6. I've really been missing selling KEDB, so I'll be releasing a new version, KEDB Flow v6.0 as a high ticket product (outside of NCA in a new community). It'll be my most simple and powerful version yet! This will give me a fresh perspective to show you guys how to build and sell a similar product. I still think selling high ticket AI automations is a great way to scale and control your time. I'll show you how to scale a AI product to $50K/month with content alone! Keep an eye out for KEDB Flow in the next few weeks, it'll be epic! But when I do, I will be removing KEDB Solo from the classroom here in the NCA group (so grab it now), as it causes a lot of confusion for some members having it inside this community. I have another video that nearly builds the whole thing anyway. So you don't need the course. I'll do a video on my most up to date AI content creation studio as well + my backend process for generating videos, coming up with ideas, etc. 7. The AI Brain "Rag" system is in development too! This system will consume all your business material, content, courses, products into a "rag" db that will be able to power everything related to your business. Customer service, CRM, content, etc.
