This is interesting. The other day I bought a new primer and the foundation wouldnt stick. It was just gliding ofg. Silicone primers are not oil-based, but rather a distinct, third category of primer that uses silicone compounds (e.g., dimethicone, siloxane) to create a smooth, velvety barrier. While they often have a slippery, gel-like texture similar to oil, they are technically non-polar, hydrophobic substances distinct from hydrocarbon oils. Silicone primers (ending in -cone, -methicone, -siloxane) often repel water-based foundations, causing them to break down or become cakey.

@Blankita Torres I think it slid off because I used cream makeup with a silicon primer. Now I know better thanks to your advice

@Blankita Torres I use makeup from M.U.D. (makeup designatory) and MAC. I think foundation is a must. Nice eyebrows and lipstick.

@Blankita Torres i think for this makeup I used the following MAC products: eyeliner (deep down brown eye liner gel), Soft & gentle baked highlighter powder, and I used a lipliner. The rest were MUD.
