claude analyzing my video transcripts is way faster than me scrolling thru manually finding the good moments. its kinda become my whole clipping workflow now tbh. anyone else using ai for this or should i look into other ways?

spent like 3 months telling my prompts what to do. then realized i was just supposed to show them examples of good outputs first and let them figure it out. quality went up stupid high lol. what's ur dumbest ai mistake that took u forever to notice?

got make auto-following up w leads 24h after they fill the form, just a quick hey msg + link. took like 20 mins to set up and ive pulled 3 sales from ppl id normally ghost. curious what everyones follow up flow look like, automating or still doing it manual?
