Ty I was looking for a video on direct mail tips but I only found a old one 12 years ago.So how do you market to home owners sms,cold calling?What other tips do you have I can't door knock or drive I'm looking for good direct mail.

Can I get clarity on how to fill out the offer to purchase?I seen the video and it says we can pay the agent same fee as original sale price or am I wrong?I don't know what to write in the blanks because I have lots of homes to make offers on. And thank you for having me here.
