Sick- still got a workout in
I’ve been sick the last couple days but I needed to do some kind of workout so we just did 2 circuits of exercises. 2 circuits: I only have 10lb dumbbells but we work with what we’ve got! - 30 pushups - Dumbbell curls: 25 reps @10lbs - Hammer curls: 15 reps @10lbs - Pronated grip curls: 15 reps @10lbs - Bent over lateral raises: 15 reps @10lbs - Raises out to the sides: 15 reps @10lbs - Standing, dumbbell pec fly: 10 reps @10lbs I never ever post shirtless pics because I’m self conscious of my body but I figured it doesn’t matter, I’m putting in the work and over time I’ll look back at these photos and see the difference!

Do you use collagen?
From what I’ve read, collagen is really good for muscle mass, good for your skin amongst other things . What are your thoughts on this?

Nice bro. I started taking it this year for joint health. I haven't done a bunch of research on it but let me know what you think of the supplement

Spicy Crab and Avocado
This probably isn’t the best option ever but we didn’t have much else in the house and I was hungry for lunch so I made some spicy crab and avocado using imitation crab which I know isn’t the healthiest option but it’s still a bit of protein. Avocado’s pretty good. Not in the photo but I’m also having toast with a bit of peanut butter. Thoughts on this? Disregard the presentation lmao!

Workout: Leg Day💪💪
I missed the gym 2 days in a row, it was the first time I missed the gym back to back like that in weeks since I’ve started this fitness “journey”. Things happen, just gotta hop right back into it💪🔥 Workout: Leg Day - Seated Leg Press (platform moves): 3x20reps @130lbs - Leg Extension: 3x15reps @180lbs - Seated Leg Curl: 3x15reps @180lbs - Seated Leg Press: 3x15reps @12plates (6 on each side) - Dumbbell squats: 3x15reps @45lbs - Calf extension: 3x30reps @180lbs Here’s a video of one of my seated leg press sets. After watching my form, I realize that I could be squatting the weight a little closer to my chest, like I could go deeper with the reps but it’s still a lot of weight and I think overall I did well.
