Glad to have you back!
Weekly KPIs 5/25-5/30
Total Marketing Sent (how many texts/mailers/calls): 8,430 (text sent out) Gross Leads: 54 Gross Lead Submitted to CRM: 17 Offers Made: 14 Verbal Offers Accepted: 7 Contracted Signed: 4 Projected Profit: $50,000 (number can vary up or down depending on realtor opinions - 3 of these DC contracts aren't great, so I'm not even adding those into the projected profit, but we have one amazing cash deal) One Bottleneck: Employees taking time off. This week there was one of the biggest holidays in the Muslim community. Lots of our employees took time off and we got absolutely SLAMMED. Despite that, we actually had a lot of contracts signed with less than half of the usual volume. Francis focused on a lot of follow ups which helped.

Weekly KPIs 5/18-5/22
Every week I will be posting my KPIs from now on. They are important to track, so I think it would be beneficial to all of us if we all shared each week regardless of the numbers, and we can hold each other accountable to make sure we all stay consistent. This is the main format I will use when posting mine. Some of these metrics may not apply to the low ticket deal framework, but whatever you track, please feel free to post! Total Marketing Sent (how many texts/mailers/calls): 20,207 (text sent out) Gross Leads: 90 Gross Lead Submitted to CRM: 34 Qualified Leads: 29 Offers Made: 16 Verbal Offers Accepted: 6 Contracted Signed: 3 Projected Profit: $48,500.00 (number can vary up or down depending on realtor opinions) One Bottleneck: A lot of leads coming in and sometimes we get behind in terms of comping. Other than that, whenever our Lead Manager books a call, we prioritize that lead and comp it right away.
