I'm new, French, and trying to lose fat and grow muscle : is asian food great?
Hello everyone. I'm new here, and looking for advice. I've always hated cooking : I always thought it was too much effort for mediocre results, so I ended up looking for the easiest way to cook something while trying to reach my macros. Of course, I ended up making 100% boring food, that ended up disgusting me from eating what I cook and prefer premade food (which also is of course...not the best for reaching maccros and in terms of budget management). My girlfriend love to cook asian food, and I ended up LOVING IT. And in addition to being clean, good tasting, it seems also...Quite easy and fast to cook? The only thing that I'm looking for in it is to reach my maccros in protein (200g / day), I don't know how I'll manage but I'll try... Anyway, am I delusional ? Is asian food really easy and fast to cook I think it is? Because if it is, since it really mostly seems to use low calories stuff, It would really be perfect for me. Just need to change it a bit to reach my protein macros. What are your thoughts on all of this?

Hey Dorian, welcome to the community, if you check out all my recipes in the skool you'll see that all of them are designed to be stupidly simple so no need to worry about that, for your 200g of protein a day that would be roughly 900g of meat (beef, chicken. lamb,..) a day to hit that number which tbh is not that high
New Recipe Added: Laab Gai (Thai Chicken Salad)
A high protein, high volume salad with flavors that will slice through your cravings is here and my god it's making me salivate writing this. Juicy, tangy but still have that sweetness coupled with that punch of asian herbs making this salad an absolute MUST if your dieting journey ever gets dull Check it out in the Asian Recipe Collection and you'll see it in the Thai section;) Comment on this post and all the other one so that people in the community can help you level up to unlock all of my recipes

Biggest hack I've ever seen
First, a little intro. My name's Chris, and in the last 2 years, I've lost over 120lbs, and plan to lose another 100. At heart, I always have been and will be a utter fatass. I love to cook and eat. I originally found @Levi Dang 's content because I love cooking any sort of asian food, and I've always been a fan of high volume low calorie. That being said, rice is literally my #1 weakness A while ago I found this stuff called Superice, It's a rice substitute made with Konjac, Cannellini Beans, and Rice flour. Boys, I swear it's basically 1:1 to real rice. Macros are 0f/18c/12p for each little baggie. It's on Amazon but the supply is weird asf so it will randomly become unavailable, and I bought like 15 boxes last time. That's it, wanted to put you guys on Also like my post i'm tryna level up and get to cookin!

@Ollie O Lamb on it self is pretty fatty so I were you I'd half to 2/3rd rice, double veggie and more protein, that would be killer
