@Angela Hill I have the same issue. Iโm being intentional to stay off of social media. It has helped.

@Angela Solomon so agree with this! The had a dear friend give me a gift tower full of sweets. I took it to the office for all to share to get it out of my home. Iโm removing roadblocks to help me focus.
