Just My Thoughts
Hey Prompt Party family 💛 I want to share a new direction I’m feeling deeply called to build with this community and I’d love your honest feedback. When I first started Prompt Party, the focus was helping women learn how to use AI through prompts, tools, and practical practice. That still matters. But the more I teach, build, research, and watch what’s happening in the AI space, the more clear I am that the real transformation is not just fluency. It’s agency. Because so many brilliant women are quietly wondering: Am I behind? Do I need another certification? Is AI going to replace what I know? Who should I trust? How do I actually use this in my work? How do I keep my voice, judgment, and expertise while using these tools? Introducing the new mission of Prompt Party. Prompt Party is becoming a practice room for women experts, knowledge workers, founders, creators, consultants, and professionals who want to use AI without losing their voice, judgment, or authority. This will be a space where we practice self-possession with AI. Inside the community, I want us to focus on: - Turning your expertise into agnets, workflows, and systems - Learning what to delegate, co-create, and keep human - Building practical AI fluency through real work - Using AI to create more capacity, not more confusion - Strengthening discernment so you can evaluate AI outputs - Protecting your voice, taste, values, and authority - Moving from AI overwhelm to AI agency The philosophy is simple: AI literacy is the vehicle. Agency is the product. Fluency is the goal. I want this to become the room where women stop fearing AI and start directing it using what they already know. And because this community is for you, I’d love your input before I fully shape the next version. What would you love to see more of inside Prompt Party? A few ideas I’m considering: 1. Weekly live AI practice sessions 2. Bring-the-work labs where we turn real tasks into AI workflows ( working sessions) 3. Prompt and workflow templates 4. AI tool walkthroughs 5. Agency OS lessons on discernment, confidence, and decision-making 6. Challenges to help you build one repeatable AI workflow to help you redesign how you work with AI 7. Guest trainings 8. Office hours / hot seats 9. Advanced workflow and automation sessions or building sessions

Thank you for this! I was not having much success with real tools or usable material coming out of AI. I spent enough time doing them that when they weren’t working, I didn’t have time to make them better or find out why. After trial and error and some advice I realized 1) I needed to try a paid version; so two days ago I got Claude Pro and 2) I needed to make a context document for me and my organization. I’m working on that now. I would love to be able to attend some demonstrations and to get some prompts to try. The times there have been opportunities for me haven’t worked. I’d like more info and direction in a library format. 🌻✨
Monday Check -In
Happy Monday, Rioters. 💅🏾 Let's set the week with intention. One question: What is ONE thing you want AI to do for you this week that you've been doing manually? Not a vague, hopeful goal. Something specific. "Summarize my meeting notes and give me action items." "Draft my client proposal." "Help me think through this decision I keep avoiding." Drop it below. By Friday's Vibe Check, I want to see your receipts. The goal isn't to use AI more. The goal is to think before you prompt and let AI help you work strategically. I'll go first. 👇🏾 #ThinkBeforeYouPrompt

I am using AI (Gemini) as a thought partner for developing client session outlines for my Thrive package of 6 sessions.
Monday Mindset
New week. Fresh mindset.Let's share goals and keep each other accountable. Before you open a single tool or send a single prompt this week — tell me: What are your goals? Drop your answer below using this format: 🎯 This week I'm working on: [your actual project or goal] 🤖 I want AI to help me with: [the specific task you're handing off] 🧠 The thing I'm figuring out: [a question, a challenge, or something you're still thinking through] No pressure to have it all figured out. That's literally what we're here for. If you're still staring at the blank page, that's your answer — drop it anyway. Somebody in this room has been exactly where you are and they will show up for you.

🎯 This week I'm working on: creating an interactive form for clients 🤖 I want AI to help me with: prompting the client to provide needed information without trading spreadsheets 🧠 The thing I'm figuring out: how to make the user interface on brand and easy to use while still gathering the information I need
Prompt Pack of The Week (4.2)
I've been thinking about the ways people are using AI for therapy. A few people have been asking me to explain my different uses of the different AI models from ChatGPT to Gemini and Claude. I use ChatGPT more like a testing ground. I use it for understanding myself better. My thinking patterns, my habits, my behaviour. Basically, I'm using it for therapy, yes, but the bigger picture is that I am building a better inner architecture. Personally, I think that's what traditional Talk Therapy was missing. I needed a mix between a therapist, a life coach, and a strategic advisor. When I outgrew the therapist or stepped into the next version of myself, I was stuck with no next steps and recommended monthly drop-in appointments. I was reading this article from the Good Trade, " A Therapist Weighs In: Should We Use AI For Mental Health Support?" and it inspired this week's prompt pack. Exploring the use of AI for self-development and self-leadership. Some of my takeaways: "A recent Harvard Business Review study found that 'Therapy & Companionship' rose to the number one reason people use AI in 2025, surpassing 2024’s top category: “Generate Ideas.” As people navigate an increasingly unpredictable world — marked by economic pressure, loneliness, and social isolation — many are feeling emotionally depleted. In response, millions are turning to AI for support. " " "Like any innovative mental health tool, AI requires rigorous testing, oversight, and ethical standards. Until that infrastructure exists, it's up to the user to approach AI with awareness and intention." " Whether using AI as a supplement to human therapy or as a first line of support, it’s important to engage with it mindfully, staying connected to your own judgment, values, and needs." -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
