A small hang for a lighter body (even at Christmas)
Christmas can be beautifulβ¦ and also a bit heavy β food, stress, family, expectations. Your shoulders and spine feel all of it. They carry bags, emotions, and long hours of sitting. One of the simplest gifts you can give your body is to hang for a few seconds. Nothing fancy. No ego. Just support. Try this today β maybe even between cookies and family time: 1. Find a safe place to hold on to(a bar, a sturdy door frame, playground bar). 2. Keep your feet on the ground or on a box. 3. Gently let your body sink down for 5β10 seconds. 4. Breathe slowly. Relax your jaw, your neck, your belly. 5. Repeat 3β5 times. Youβre not training for a pull-up Youβre just giving your body a small Christmas pause. Afterwards, notice: Does your body feel a little longer, lighter, or softer? Your body wants to move. Your mind wants to believe.
