Your WINS of the day
This is one of the tools that have such an amazing effect on people's lives. To write down your wins of the day. To celebrate your valued actions, because it shows your brain what you care about, and that you celebrate that instead of trying to fix emotions and thoughts. Every day we're going to write down our three wins of the day. You can add pictures of the things. If you went to the gym, did a meditation, hung out with your friends, or worked on your business. Any win counts. Big or small. This is the first Wins of the Day post. Comment your three wins underneath.

Why are the Wins of the Day so important for your life?
🏆 wins of the day This practice can literally change your life, and it’s such a huge tradition in our community because of that. Here is why it matters so much. 1. 🧠 it creates self worth When we focus on our wins of the day and we write them down, we focus on our success. When we focus on our success, we see ourselves as more successful. Over time, this creates self worth. 2. 🎯 it makes you take up territory in your life Focusing on those valued actions and celebrating them makes you want to do more of those valued actions, which is taking up territory in your life. During the day you’re reminded, through your focus, about the valued actions, which means you’re going to do even more valued actions because it’s in your focus. And then you write them down at night, or during the day, in your wins of the day in the community. 3. 🗺️ it takes territory away from the anxiety The more we focus on our valued actions, the more territory we take away from OCD, intrusive thoughts, panic attacks, agoraphobia, DPDR, health anxiety, and everything else. 4. 🫂 it’s a community practice We are learning how to engage in a positive way in a community that’s not about venting or a victim mindset, but about sharing our valued actions and the things we’re interested in and passionate about. We see other people’s passions and excitements, and it helps us see what other possibilities are out there and what other people are doing. 5. 💡 it makes you lighter, and lighter means more ideas The more we focus on the good, the better we see our lives, the lighter we are, the less resistance we have, and the more ideas we have. The more possibilities we see. More ideas for business, more possibilities out there. And because we are lighter, we have more energy and more courage to go for those opportunities. 🎥 I came across this video that show us why the wins of the day are so powerful. What's your favorite GIF?
There's a skill in communication and there's a skill in having fun. Both will have amazing effects on your life. Great communication will strengthen your relationship with others and will raise your likelihood for you to get what you want. Fun will give you a feeling of aliveness. This will result in energy. And that energy you have to live your life. And of course fun is just enjoyable. Using Gifs on skool is actually increasing the clarity of your communication. It translates an emotional and visual message. What is your favorite Gif at the moment? Mine is this one as it represents friendship and connection. Also I love the show Brooklyn Nine-Nine. Love Star

DPDR and Intrusive thoughts. Hosnia kept going for her tomorrow woman
I'm incredibly proud of our amazing member @Hosnia Qazi . She did exposure therapy, which didn't work for her, and tried so many things but never gave up. She joined our community a month ago and, even though she was suffering, brought a committed energy to the calls. Hosnia found the power of spending time outside of her head. Being present. How that gives the brain a different signal. She started practicing but... The brain didn't like it. Hosnia was not doing the safety compulsions inside of her head anymore. So the brain needed to get her attention: "Hosnia, I need you to listen," as the brain gave her more excessive thoughts. Things got worse. But Hosnia stayed resilient. Even though things got worse, she kept going. For her tomorrow woman. For her children. For her loved ones. For herself. The brain started to get the signal. 1 hour was different. Lighter. Less noise. 2 hours 3 hours! A day!! 2 days!!! Hosnia almost couldn't believe it. It's been a month. But now there's hope. And hope is so important to have. Hope to keep moving. There will still be ups and downs. But now she has developed a skill that is with her all her life. That improves her life. Hosnia, I'm proud of you! We are all proud of you! You did this! And here is something I want you all to notice. Hosnia showed up to the group coaching calls every single week. She's been adding her Wins of the Day consistently. And she applied the tools week by week. That is where a lot of this happened. Please don't read this as a comparison. Don't compare yourself with other people's results here. You don't know how long they have been practicing or what their week looks like. The only comparison that matters is you today against you before you started. Trust the process. Be coachable. Show up to the group coaching calls. And I want to say I'm so proud of so many of you. The valued actions you are doing. The territory you take up. The courage you have to move forward while accepting any emotions and thoughts.

Way to go Hosnia!
🌱 See How Far You've Come (Audacity Progress Log)
This is your personal progress thread. One comment below is yours. You keep it forever, and you add to it every time you move forward. This is one of the most impactful posts in the community. Here's why: 🧠 Your brain turns success into normal. What was impossible six weeks ago becomes "just how things are," and then it tells you you're still stuck. ✍️ So you write it down here, where your brain can't reach it. When you feel like you're getting nowhere, you look back and see how far you came. 🌟 And you show the newer members what's possible, so they know they can do it too. ⭐ HOW IT WORKS 1️⃣ Post your Day One as a comment below. Write what you're working through, how long you've had it, and what you want to be doing. 2️⃣ Every time you move forward, add the win to that same comment. Edit your Day One comment and write your new achievement at the top, with the date. Write as much as you want. 3️⃣ Then reply to your own comment so everyone gets notified. You don't have to think about it. Just reply with something like: "New win! I signed up for the big gym today." Here's what it looks like: Day One, March 3, 2026. I've had health anxiety for six years. It got so bad I stopped going to the gym because my heart rate scared me, and I've cancelled on my friends so many times they stopped asking. I feel like I've been watching my life from the outside. I want to get back to the gym, say yes to my friends again, and feel like myself. Then as you move forward, you add each win to the top of that same comment: ✅ April 14, 2026. After hearing Star saying that me going to the Gym is taking care of me tomorrow man/woman and helps me train emotional fitness I finally signed up for the big gym, the one I'd avoided for two years. My heart was pounding the whole way in, but I did my full session and felt proud after. I never thought I'd be that person again. ✅ March 20, 2026. I went to my friend's birthday. The anxiety came with me the whole night, but I stayed, I laughed, and it didn't stop me. First party in over a year.
