HIPAA compliant AI tools
I am a solopreneur insurance agent in the Medicare space - fancy way to say I sell supplement plans and Advantage plans. I would like to use AI in my business but need to stay HIPAA compliant. My CRM and even my email can have Protected Health Information contained within making skills inside standard plans like Claude and Copilot unsuitable. I conduct drug reviews, discuss health conditions and have personal identifiers. Does anyone know of an affordable platform that will allow me to automate some of my business that is HIPAA compliant for this industry? Business and Enterprise plans are compliant but they are thousands of dollars. Any ideas?

Interesting. I'll check it out further but it looks like their HIPAA compliant model is $300 per month! It's nice to see what a full robust build out might look like. Thanks for sharing.

Probably provider and drug review maintenance for year to year reviews. That's the most time consuming of my tasks. Store current list, ask client for annual update and then apply that to the quoting tool for plan comparison. Not asking too much??!! lol I have compliant individual elements but not the compliant platform to integrate them.
Am I in the right place?
Is this the space for the AI Advantage club that I am paying monthly for or is this a free forum?

Skool is the communication end of the club. It's connected but the other site https://app.aiadvantage.com/-/feed is the site that houses the tools and learning videos, etc you are paying for.
ChatGPT getting preachy?
I started with ChatGPT long before the bootcamp but now it seems that in their effort to not be as user friendly with answers like "your awesome, you're so smart, etc" it is giving me answers that are preachy, with presumptive psychoanalysis and quite frankly sound like a patronizing narcissist. Anyone else notice this?

@AI Advantage Team After a couple more prompting back and forth I got the email content I needed. I did call it out for its tone and it did say "you're right. I overreached and flattened your thinking". I feel adept at prompting and this style of responding is new but I sure don't like it. On the Anthropic question, I was exploring which AI platform should be my primary, based on my business needs, and every time or addition of information about needs, processes, marketing, it came back with it still was the best option.... even for deep market research and marketing collateral. Yah, right.

I'm hearing from the responses that it can start to ignore my DNA and saved memory and personalization settings so I'm not crazy! I'll just have to watch for the occasional retraining. I appreciate all your input and support.
Which Top AI Should You Choose & More AI News You Can Use
In this video, I did something a little special, as I was out of commission for a week due to surgery. Instead of skipping the week in AI news, we put some of the best modern AI tools to the test to see what we could create. So I'm proud to present our guest host AI Igor, who will only be filling in this week while I rest my voice. AI Igor covers the results of the testing we've been doing on the top models for the past week, talks about the new Copilot Cowork coming to Microsoft 365 users, discusses the disappointing release from Luma with Uni-1, and more. Enjoy this special edition and I will be back next week!

Still providing top value, even when you're not there! A topic that I really want right now. Rest your voice but don't change the accent :-)
