Is my buying box strict?
DFW, 100k to 500k, single family, I can replace the whole interior and exterior no problem, no hoa, vacant. 70% of the ARV.

I have 2 lots for sale in North Jersey.
One lot is Lake front and the other is across the street from another lake. Both lots are in different towns. If anyone has an investor in NJ DM me.

@David Williams good evening David, for now DFW but I want to start in Houston soon. It’s very important for be 70%\ARV when possible. I’m focused on appreciation but if the deal permits cash flow I will take it.
