Need Input 🤔
Would anyone be open to recurring weekly classes on how resellers can implement AI into their business? This would cover from basic concepts to complex ideas, what I'm working on. This is to help entrepreneurs become more efficient in managing their businesses. Would this be valuable to anyone?

I’m all for it! Anything I can learn to help make my processes more streamlined, I’d love to learn more!
Need a good VA to list my items!
I am to the point where I need to hire someone to list my items on vendoo for me. Does anyone know of a good provider? I am searching Fiverr, but there are so many, it is hard to determine who will be a good fit, so I was hoping someone would be willing to share where they found theirs!
Intro post
My names James I’m from the uk started reselling with my business partner August 2021, since then we’ve grown to a eBay store of 20K items, have a small team of staff and set up a full time wholesale company which he runs while I run the EBay business. Pleasure to be here Where is everyone else from? What kinda stuff do you sell!?

Welcome to the group, with your experience, I know you'll have lots of wisdom to share with us newbies! I am an everything seller on Ebay, currently loading up a huge death-pile that I've been accumulating over the past few years. I also sell fabric on WhatNot, which is currently my main source of revenue.
📢 REAL TALK ABOUT RESELLING & DOING HARD THINGS 💪
Y'all, let's get honest about this reselling journey for a minute... 👇 It's not always the pretty highlight reel you see on social! 🎥 When I started 3 years ago after losing my job and our house burning down, I learned QUICK that this business is WAY harder than it looks! 😅 But here's the truth: The hard seasons don't last forever! 🌅 What changed the game for me? 🎯 • Stopped looking for "hacks" and shortcuts • Started working harder on MYSELF than my business • Created actual systems and schedules • Got crystal clear on my goals • Focused on becoming the best sourcer I could be • Pushed past those limiting beliefs! 📚 Real talk: If you're struggling to list 10 items or hit consistent sales, I've been there! 💯 But with practice, what used to take 4 hours now takes 1. What seemed impossible becomes routine. 🔄 Tips that took me from struggling to $450-650 daily sales: 📈 • Track your metrics • Take walks to clear your mind • Focus on high sell-through items • Stop comparing your Day 1 to someone's Year 3 • Keep learning and growing! 📱 Remember: This business is more competitive than 5-10 years ago, but that just means we gotta level up! 🆙 You're capable of WAY more than you think! 🚀 The person who pushes through these hard seasons is the one who succeeds. 💪 Drop a ❤️ if you needed this reminder today! #reselling #resellercommunity #sidehustle #entrepreneurship #motivation #ebayreseller #thrifting #sourcing #smallbusiness #growthmindset

Thanks for the pep talk- instead of wanting those quick wins, we gotta just put systems in place and wait for the slow growth. That's hard to do, but it's the key to long-term success!
Ending and Selling Similar is like a box of Chocolates
I got to thinking, Ending items and Selling Similar is like a box of mixed chocolates. You buy a box of chocolates and they all look so good to start with. Then you open the box and find those really great chocolates you like so much. Soon, those are all gone, then you go ahead and try the ones you think are okay. Then you maybe take them out of the box and put them in a candy dish to see who might want one. Eventually you just get down to those chocolates that no one wants. Sure you may finally get some one to take one, but it is rare. Then finally the remainder just gets thrown out. That is what happens when you first find your items to list, they all look so good hanging there in the thrift store. The best ones get sold quickly after listing. The weeks go by and you End the other items and Sell similar. Wow, a few more sale. Weeks later you do the same, End Listing Fix Titles, Change things up and Sell Similar, you finally get a few more sells. You finally get to the bottom of your Sell Similar box and realize that this is just junk that no one wants.

Yep, and once the item has been through all of the steps, time to re-donate or throw it out too and make room for a new box of chocolates!
