Hi everyone!! How do you store your powers for long term storage? I've been freezing in a dark case made for this purpose with the moisture packets. Advice...if allowed?
I have mine in the freezer as well, along with the silica packets. I do worry about degradation over time. I've been stocking and worried about leaving in the fridge. Therefore, I freeze them. Is anyone using fridge method for long-term stocks?

KPV exceed my expectations. So did AOD (although it was delayed notice). I really wanted to enjoy DSIP. 1st night, average. 2nd amazing. 3rd, absolutely nothing. It became standard inconsistency. Also Reta. Just didnât work for me

@Brian Duclos same for me! Others around notice the shift in mood before I did. Energy was slow and I was in denial lol - likely bc u felt so sluggish prior to starting this journey

@Brian Duclos đ¤ I can only share my experience. So i read all the books, really dived into research. So much info on starting and protocols - which is great! I just wished someone had told me early on thereâs no need to titrate up if itâs not necessary and to give my body time to really respond versus the every 4 wk increase. Once I reached max dose I didnât know what to do. I heard so many stories on staying - as it could be Maintenace. As well as titrate down but for some reason, I just couldnât grasp how to measure where I should be moving down. I couldnât identify the change or where the sweet spot was for me.
