Im the kind of swimmer who gives it his all and is always consistent. • Underwaters were very good today. • Very nice session this morning, mainly drills, technique work. • Another very nice session this evening, we did suited swims; i felt my race went very well (100 back). I did it like i visualised which im very happy about i went a 1:04.9 i believe if i heard it right, out in a 30.9 which is very close to my 50 pb. Overall very nice. Nutrition: 8.8/10 Hydration: 9.5/10 Visualisation: Done ✅️

Im the kind of swimmer who gives it his all and is always consistent. • Underwaters were pretty good today overall. • Morning session was pretty good, bit of im and main stroke stuff/choice. • Evening was tougher, threshold but it was done in a nicer way and it was pretty good. Nutrition: 8.5/10 Hydration: 7.4/10 Visualisation: Done ✅️
