DAY FIVE: Unpacking Your Limiting Belief
Today is the day where you really flex that courage muscle. Because you will dig into identifying the limiting beliefs that may be holding you back from achieving your goals. Each of us has dreams and aspirations, but often, it's not the external obstacles that are the toughest to navigate—it's the internal narratives we hold about our capabilities and circumstances. Today, you're challenged to confront these narratives head-on. In your short video and exercises you will reflect on the reinvention goal you set and ask yourself, "Why haven’t I achieved this goal yet?" Often, we attribute our inaction to reasons that seem out of our control. Today, I want you to consider these reasons from a different perspective—one where you have the power to effect change. For instance, if you believe, "I can’t save money because my salary is too low," let's unpack that. This might be hiding a limiting belief about your ability to earn more or manage your finances effectively. Could you be holding back from asking for a raise or seeking better-paying opportunities? Are there budgeting skills or financial education you could pursue that would shift this narrative? Once you have identified your limiting belief drop it in the comments below. Your crew can then help provide suggestions on how to slay that narrative and start a new one.

My limiting beliefs use to be I don’t come from wealth, so I won’t be able to understand it. Which is a horrible lie I’ve told myself in many ways.
DAY FOUR: Connecting to Your Why
Hello Courage Crew! You’ve set your mini goals, and now it’s time to dive into your WHY. Today’s focus is on discovering your 'why'. Why did you set this specific goal? Understanding this is essential because it’s the driving force behind your actions. It’s not just about achieving something for yourself; it’s about the potential benefits for your family, your community, and possibly even beyond. Why is your goal crucial? It could change your life, bring well-being to your family, positively impact your community, or inspire others. For instance, when I moved to Miami and discovered new joys, it inspired my parents to embrace their own changes, leading them to find happiness in a new state...Tennessee! 🤠 You have short video and reflections in our 30-day challenge course. Check them out and then share your 'why' in the comments below. to enter to win our challenge prizes. Excited to see your WHY!

I pick this goal so I can learn the language of money and finance. To see how wealth moves.
DAY THREE: Set Your Mini Goal!
Hey Courage Crew! Fantastic work on pinpointing your focus area! Today, we're taking a big step forward by setting a mini goal that's not only realistic but also a bit thrilling—one that you can achieve in the next few weeks and celebrate at our challenge's end. In our short video and reflection prompts you will think about the area you’ve chosen and one goal that's achievable but also nudges you out of your comfort zone. You have some sample goals in the training to get your thought juices flowing. Remember, the best goals are those that make you a little nervous—like my friend Tatiana says, they should "put a little pee in your pants." It's all about stretching your limits and growing in new and exciting ways. 📝 Here’s what to do: 1. Define a specific, measurable mini goal. 2. Make sure it excites you and feels a tad daunting. 3. Post your goal in the comments of this post so all the other ladies can see it. This helps hold you accountable but also allows you to start connecting with dope queens who are working on a similar outcome for the challenge. Can't wait to see what incredible goals you all come up with!

My mini goal is to create schedule to keep up with the stock markets.
My Own Inner Misogyny
It took me yearrrrrssss to detach from my identity being aligned to a man. These generations of young women get it! I’m so happy they have access to understanding male nature and socialization.
