What I’ve Learned in the Last 24 Hours — And Why We’re Here
What I’ve Learned in the Last 24 Hours — And Why We’re Here The past 24 hours have reminded me of something simple but important: how you approach something determines what it becomes in your life. I created this space because I needed somewhere real — a place to heal, grow, and rebuild as a Christian man and a former addict. A place where I don’t have to pretend, hide, or carry everything alone. A place where accountability isn’t punishment, but protection. And part of that growth has come from looking at my family with clear eyes. My kids… they’re the reason I want to become a better man, not just talk about it. They deserve a father who shows up with consistency, not excuses. They deserve a man who is present, steady, and aligned with God — not someone trying to outrun his own past. And my grandmother… she’s one of the sweetest women God ever put on this earth. Her kindness, her patience, her steady love — those things have shaped me more than I realized. When I think about the kind of man I want to be, she’s part of that picture. My family has seen the best and worst of me. They don’t need speeches from me. They need growth they can feel. And that’s part of why I’m here — to build that growth in the open, with accountability, structure, and community. That’s what T‑CRU is for. Not a stage. Not a performance. Not a place to pretend we’re further along than we are. It’s a place to grow — slowly, intentionally, and honestly. A place where men can rebuild their identity, strengthen their faith, and learn how to carry responsibility again. A place where we don’t hide from our past, but we don’t live in it either. I’ve learned that platforms like Skool — and even AI — can either distract you or develop you. It depends on how you approach them. Used with purpose, they can help you stay focused, stay accountable, and stay aligned with your mission. So here’s the mission: - Healing - Honesty - Growth in Christ - Accountability - Brotherhood - Becoming men our families can trust and feel safe with

Januaray Challenge
Build ONE thing with your hands. It could be: - a shelf - a repaired appliance - a small garden - a fire pit - a cast-iron meal - a survival kit - a cleaned and organized tool area - anything you physically create or improve Rules: - Post your project in Workshop Projects (or the right category). - Include a photo or short clip - Share what tips you learned - Encourage at least one other builder Why this matters: Because Builder's Build, and this sets the tone for the entire course - action, not talk
