When Tony did the gratitude stacking meditation, it reminded me that all I need is inside of me. Regardless of noise, troubles, fears...go back to your heart, your breath, gratitude and love. Positivity, joy, strength, happiness, confidence...those times felt and remembered are states of being that will pull you through the worst or challenging moments and add onto more of the best of times

Tonight, during Tony's stacking exercise, it hit me in a way I didn’t expect and I felt it fully as the tears ran down my face. My realization was to trust myself. Just a few months ago at Time to Rise, I was in a completely different place. We had just realized that AI was starting to seriously impact our business, and we made the call to put our brand into maintenance mode. I felt lost, overwhelmed, and unsure what that meant for my future. Somewhere in that uncertainty, I made a decision, to lean in, to use AI as a tool, not see it as a threat. To flip this around to be the beginning of something new instead of the end. And tonight, after all the great learnings, I was moved to tears, not because of what’s ahead, but because of how far I’ve already come. In such a short time, I’ve stepped into a completely new direction, a new business, a new product, a new brand, and achieved things I genuinely couldn’t have imagined moving on so quickly before AI. AI made that possible. What felt like a setback has turned into a blessing in disguise, and sitting there tonight, it became so clear that this is just the beginning, as long as I keep trusting myself. I even looked up at one point and to my surprise, saw my face on the screen, right there next to Igor, and I knew I was exactly where I’m meant to be.
