Confidence I’m rugby
I am asking if any one has any advice on how to be more confident in rugby . Because in my games I just loose confidence and it affects my performance

My coach always says confidence is a reflection of preparation if you’re prepared for a match and have practiced your hardest you feel excited to play. Another thing I've learned is to have goldfish memory like Finn Russell your previous error doesn't determine your next "move"
