One Small Website Change Can Tell You a Lot
Most agency owners think a funnel needs a full rebuild to start converting better. In reality, one small change is often enough to tell you exactly what's broken. Here's the problem with rebuilding everything at once: if you change your headline, layout, CTA and images all in the same update and conversions move, you have no idea what actually caused it. You're just guessing with extra steps. But if you use GHL's page variants to test ONE element at a time, you actually get answers: → Split test only the headline → find out if your message isn't landing → Split test only the CTA button (text, color, placement) → find out if people don't know what to do next → Split test only the hero image/video → find out if trust is the issue → Split test only the page order/sections → find out if people are dropping off before they see the offer I have rebuilt and audited a lot of client funnels and it's almost never the "big" thing people assume is broken. Usually it's one small, overlooked element quietly killing bookings or sales and GHL's built in split test feature makes it stupid easy to isolate. If you've never run a true one variable test in GHL, pick your highest traffic funnel step and set up a variant with just ONE change this week. Watch what happens to your numbers. Curious — anyone here run a split test that revealed something surprising? Drop it below 👇
Are you using the right tools to grow your brand?
There are so many tools available today that can help entrepreneurs understand their customers, improve their online presence, create content and grow their business. Here are a few worth knowing: - Microsoft Clarity — See how visitors actually interact with your website. - Google Search Console — Track your visibility on Google and discover SEO opportunities. - Google Analytics — Understand your traffic, customer behavior, and conversions. - Canva — Create branded graphics, promotional content, and visuals. - Mailchimp — Build email campaigns and automate customer communication. - HubSpot CRM — Keep track of leads, customers, and follow-ups. - Hotjar — Use heatmaps and feedback to discover where your website may be losing people. - Tally — Create surveys, feedback forms, order forms, and waitlists. - Buffer — Plan and schedule your social media content. - Google Merchant Center — Help get your products discovered across Google. You probably don't need every tool on this list 😂 But having the right tools can save time and help you make smarter decisions as you build your brand. And if you've been wanting to use one of these tools but don't really know how to get started, I’m happy to help a few people figure it out. No sales pitch, just happy to share what I know and help where I can. 🤝 Which tool are you already using or which one would you like to learn how to use? 👇
📍 Is Your Client's Google Business Profile Helping Their Website?
One thing I've noticed is that many businesses invest time and money into their website but rarely update their Google Business Profile. The two work best together. A complete and active Google Business Profile can: - Bring in local traffic - Increase website visits - Build trust through reviews - Make it easier for potential customers to take action For those working with local businesses, do you include Google Business Profile optimization as part of your process or do most clients overlook it?
@Katrina Collins Absolutely, this is a great example of why Google Business Profiles are often overlooked but so important. From a customer perspective, reviews, accurate contact details, photos and location information can be the deciding factor before someone ever visits a website. I think the biggest opportunity for businesses is making sure their Google presence and website tell the same story, the profile builds trust and visibility, while the website helps guide the customer toward taking action. It's interesting how much customer behavior can be influenced by these small details that businesses sometimes don't pay attention to. Thanks for sharing that perspective!
